Location is pretty good, staff is pretty friendly and quick, drive-thru is fast, inside is clean, head office could use sending some more different stock when it comes to their reusable cups but otherwise they are pretty good.
Parking lot is horrible, drive through is always jammed.But location is clean. Not too many table. Outside Patio is nice.
The reason why I go to this Starbucks is because of Ty. His friendly service, smile, and outgoing personality is very welcoming and brightens up my day, every time. Give this man a raise!

Ordered 1 White Chocolate Mocha and 1 Cappuccino, both are Grande, under buy one get one free, when received the Cappuccino, the staff only filled half of the cup, disappointed with this quality and inconsistent of service.
Disgusting !!!!! Hwy 27 and Langstaff... dirty Disgusting washrooms and lazy assess have a sign out of order on there washroom doors so they don't have to clean. Seating area very dirty. I've been going since they opened not anymore.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes and then when I get to the window then they start making the drinks. They were so disorganized and had 15 employees in there.
Worst Starbucks to visit as they can't manage their operations to ensure a smooth and quick drive thru experience. Even tried mobile ordering today, came to pick up 16 minutes later and they havent even started it yet. Wow. Avoid this one.
