When I was drinking my strawberry coconut drink from Starbucks, I saw something very weird. Like mold or something. I checked it with taking pics and examine them. It was a molded strawberry. I couldn’t believe it because I was drinking Starbucks ever since I was young and there was no problem. Starting from today, I’m never going to Starbucks. I recommend to check to see if there were any molded strawberries.
Took forever to get service, because the barista in front of us was chatting up a customer (his friend). Other than that no complaints. It's a Starbucks.
Amazing customer service. They once messed up one of my orders, and let me keep the messed up order, and redid my other order.I am putting 4 stars mainly due to the fact that the mistake shouldn't have happened, but it is understandable that mistakes happen.

Amazing staff. Been here a few times for my daily afternoon iced coffee. Whole team is just fantastic, energetic, and very amicable and there’s one barista who’s just phenomenal. I’ve missed her name, next visit for sure. 5 stars no brainer. - Jonas

I have been going to this Starbucks on and off for 3 years now. Generally speaking, the staff are friendly and polite (hence the 2 stars). However, their service and training are lacking and wait times are long. Almost without fail, I am usually disappointed by either the watered down frappuccinos, 3/4 full cups, lack of toppings, skimping or proper presentation of the drinks. If I'm paying $7 for a drink I want the whole drink, (yes) with the sprinkles/drizzle and made to taste. I think that is a fair expectation considering the price at Starbucks. I frequent many different Starbucks including the 2 that are 3 & 4 km away and NEVER have this issue. I have even ASKED the people, "please don't water down the drink - please don't skimp on my toppings." (etc.) and it's on deaf ears. THERE NEEDS TO BE NEW TRAINING ON HOW TO MAKE DRINKS THERE! Look at your photos - if the final drink doesn't look like the photos posted, there could be a problem. Look at your recipes - if your drinks don't taste proper, then there could be a problem. Stop skimping, because you have competition nearby that is getting it right! Do better....after 3 yrs...I'm pretty much done.
I am a barista that has worked here and also a handful of other starbucks. This is the absolute worst starbucks to work at. We have the most demanding customers here whom are also very mouthy. We also are extremely understaffed especially when the kids from the high school across the street are on lunch. They come in hoards that we cannot control and our district manager expects us to;1) give every customer their most amazing customer service experience ever by greeting and connecting with each one2) make sure that every customer's order is given out at a timely fashionand 3) make sure we keep a capacity of less that 15 people in the store at all times even though there are about 50 kids who come at 11:15am every dayYou would think that we would be smart and deploy more staff at that time so that we can try and at least manage uber orders, mobile orders, cafe orders, warming food, cleaning the cafe, making sure social distancing is being maintained and all the other things we have to do right? WRONG! Head office is asking 4 people to do ALL OF THAT from 11a-12p and we get so many complaints from customers and we try to talk to our district manager about it and he says we just don't work hard enough and our floor deployment is poor so we can't give you more staff. then on top of this he wonders why our customer connection score is so low? doesn't make sense.Most of us in the store are stressed, overwhelmed and done with the store so if me posting this gets me fired. at least it may help my fellow baristas by getting this news out there. so customers if you're reading this please don't get mad at us, we try our best and we don't know what to do anymore
