Music is so loud. The space is a little run down and needs a bit of a fresh e.g old tiles on the floor, rusting floorboards. Also SO many Karens. They’re leaning over the pick up spot telling the baristas how to make their drink.
Literally love this Starbucks and always come to this location but the staff has gotten so rude lately, I ordered a drink and they had a new barista being trained who had messed up both orders before mine, so naturally mine was made wrong too. I asked if they could just add another shot of espresso because my macchiato looked like milk, but they were nice enough to remake it. The second time came out with more milk, so when i told them the issue the employees just started being rude to me saying I didn’t know what drink I was ordering.
This location wait times is rather long for both drive thru and in store.Seating is ok but not very comfy.The overall cleanliness for both seating / dining area and washroom need improvement.Food items tend to be out of stock rather often.
As much as my order was prepared quickly, the baristas on site, manager included, did not bother to notice that I was waiting to pick up my coffee. I ended up reaching below the barrier to access my drink.
I need to give a HUGE shoutout to Jessica! We came in on Christmas eve with an order for a carafe of coffee and snowman cookies and she was amazing and just a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Jessica :)
Convenient location, not so busy compare to those locations in shopping malls, friendly staff, seats available to come and sit with your laptop.
I was waiting for bus outside & it was so cold. So thought too get a coffee this evening. The staff is very sweet & professional. I even got some lovely reusable cups from them. They have nice collection.Evening staff is amazing. Even store is nice and clean.While I was waiting there for a bus, this staff member cane with some delicious samples of iced coffee & some sweet. That was so good. Thank you ?
Really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. They seem to not be able to handle rush and THEY DO NOT CHECK for proof of vaccine for indoor dining which is illegal!Management, needs to train staff more efficiently.
Staff are amazing and professional! They can always make perfect drink no matter it’s a standard recipe or based on your customization. Definitely my first choice of Starbucks location:)
