Yes very yummy n juicy burgers

Tried redeeming a coupon that was given from my hospital as a part of a healthcare worker appreciation event and they rejected it, “citing they never saw this coupon before and they couldn’t take it”. Seems like an awfully two-faced way to thank your healthcare workers…

Wow the burger was awful. Very stiff buns and hard to chew burger. All around not edible. Meat served cold and not fresh. Fries are decent and the workers are nice and hard working. Quality of food needs a big improvement.

Underwhelmed honestly. Staff location everything is good. But the Angus burger is charred and overcooked. But is still better tasting than the chicken. For a better gourmet fast food pub style burger go to the works. Yet they aren't here but this franchise makes no sense to me tbh. I don't recommend anyone waste money on a fake gourmet burger that tastes like a cheap fast food burger. A&w is better than this place. Only thing they have going for them is topping but so what when the meat itself is boring

Took the BYOB Burger + Pop & Fries Combo. We could choose the toppings for the burger; while the burger (no cheese since it costs extra) and fries were decent and the pop was a large one, the price ($15 incl. tax) still felt a bit high for the quality offered. It is priced similar to Harvey's (Harvey's might be a tad cheaper) but I find the Harvey's Double Angus burger tastier since the patties felt thicker and juicier. But if you're in Vaughan Mills on a busy day and finding a place to sit becomes a challenge, you might give this place a shot.

Good burgers and good workers. Had a good time dining in. I would come again

Simply the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The poutine was excellent too. Just ensure you take a moment to get the add-on’s right for a brilliant experience. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely visiting them. My friends and I had an amazing time.

Normally I don't leave reviews, and frankly I'm usually indifferent to the level of service provided at a fast food restaurant, however I had a very negative experience and I wanted to share it. So, first of all, I went there with my two boys aged 7 and 12. Just after getting the staff to replace my burger which was very pink on the inside (which they did without hesitation so I'm fine with that), I went back to my table and my 7 year old son's chair flipped over from the bent leg sending him to the floor and his orange soda everywhere. It was very loud and all the staff saw this happen including the manager. Many of the customers in line asked if he was ok. NOT ONCE did a staff member come over to see if he was OK, or offer some paper towel to help him dry off or help clean the puddle of orange crush that he was in. I don't usually expect much, and I certainly don't have high expectations for customer service at a fast food chain, however, knowing that the entire staff saw this, and that it was serious enough for many patrons to ask if he was ok, would prompt some kind of response from the staff to check to see if he was ok, to offer some supplies to help us clean our table or dry his clothes. This left me feeling upset about the experience, so I went on their "contact us" page on their website where they boast about how they want to hear your feedback, I emailed them pretty much verbatim what I wrote here 2 weeks ago, and no one has gotten back to me. If anyone is wondering, my children were on their best behaviour, so this was not a factor in not receiving help from the staff. Anyways, this company doesn't care about their service, which is evident in their actions, and their follow up with complaints. They're very un-friendly, and its not a good place to bring your family. There are a lot of other options. Hold the places you shop at accountable for their service, if they cant provide any, or just seem like they don't give a $%*#, then take your business elsewhere. I am.

I been here on more than one occasion where my experiences were great. This time after after at least two years because of COVID. Definitely can tell there something is very different. I can tell there must of been a changed in the management . The quality has changed for the worse and the prices have gone up dramatically. The burger and chicken lacked flavor. For the four different burger/chicken combos we purchased none where not impressive more below average. $15+ for these combos the food was not where it should be. Not the place that I remembered before, save your money Harvey's would be a better option at these prices especially given the reduced quality. Just a big rip off.

The place serves big portions and for reasonable rates. welcoming staff. Fantastic work.
