My friend and I dinned in the restaurant once. Their food is good and delicious. Today is my second time order food there. I recommended this to my friend who came from another city. I ordered in the restaurant and pick it up. My experience was really bad today. What I ordered is rice and they give me the rice noodles and rice paper. The ridiculous thing is they didn’t wrap the rice paper and it is the dry rice paper. I called them to verify this, the manager told me that this is common. And I am not supposed to call in complaint this since this is our mistakes. The food is good but the service was really poor. They are not thinking about customer’s convenience. How comes a restaurant let customer made food by themselves and even we need to put the dry rice paper into the water. Think about if I am in the office, how can I serve myself ?

Always a pleasure eating here. Service is 4/5 but food is consistently excellent.

Pho Metro is now in Vaughan and it's made an impression. We chose to come here after Wonderland. Unfortunately as we parked, a family errand came up! But not to be denied, we were back the next weekend. A good sign was that parking was packed in front of an otherwise empty industrial lot on a Sunday.I ordered the Bun Rieu crab paste & tomato noodle soup. Portion size was big and the bowl of red soup looked enticing to slurp down. Plenty of hoisin sauce helped to boost the light flavour. Underneath thin noodles were a variety of ingredients including pork bone, tofu, and large clumps of tasty meatballs. My wife had the Pho Nam medium size, with a good amount of brisket slices in rice noodle soup that tasted on par with other pho nearby.A highlight was the Banh Xeo savoury egg pancake which arrived on a huge plate even larger than the noodle bowls. Presented with a heap of greens & herbs, the crispy golden crepe was light and filled with bits of shrimp, pork, onions & bean sprouts. We learned to wrap this in the lettuce leaf for crunchy and refreshing bites. While delicious, we still had plenty left over for breakfast next day.First time there were many other young families and we encountered a mini-crisis when they ran out of highchairs! The polite staff apologized profusely for the shortage, and there were plenty added since then. Decent overall experience; we passed word to friends to try this place.

We came here for dinner and I was really hungry so I got the bun bo hue in large, while my partner got a vermicelli bowl with shrimp and meats. The large was indeed large, and oh so delicious! There was a generous amount of meat (I would say each bite had meat) and ample veggies to go with it. I was able to finish the whole bowl and was feeling pretty pleased with myself until I saw that the person at the table across from me ordered the same large bowl, but also got a drink and appetizer as well. I’ll have to try harder next time to eat more because I will definitely be back.

Came to try this spot for a quick lunch and was happy I did! The staff were very friendly and hot tea was brought as soon as I sat down. My food and drink came out very fast and was delicious! Very tasty, hot, and good portion. Would definitely come back and recommend ☺️What I ordered: house special rice and iced coffee with condensed milk

Food was good. We ordered a bun xeo, bun rieu, and bun no hui Noodles were pretty good and the soups were very flavourful. This is probably the best place to get bun bo hui. The bun xeo was super crispy and larger than expected. Definitely enough for an entree. Prices are alright for a good portion.Service was mediocre but not bad. Server was attentive and our food came out pretty quickly. The bun xeo came a but later than the others which was a little inconvenient. There was also loud blender noises that was really disturbing, but overall good food, good environment, and good service. Would come around again to try some of their other dishes.

Always a quick option for some delicious Vietnamese food. Their prices went up a few months ago but I would say they are still worth it since they have a 10% off cash discount. My go to is always their bun bo hue, they don’t cheap on the meat for this dish!

Wow so good! I had the house special and my 7 year old son had rare beef soup. Highly recommend eating here.

With multiple locations across the city, it's hard to miss this Vietnamese eatery. My go to are the fried shrimp and pork spring rolls, grilled chicken vermicelli with a spring roll and a bowl of pho noodle soup with grilled beef on the side. Comfort food at it's finest during the cold winter nights. #springroll #phometro #pho

Ordered for the first time, and will go back for sure! Portions are very good size, I would say big. The food is absolutely delicious. Went with crispy chow mein with shrimps and house special vermicelli with grilled pork, beef, shrimp and fried spring roll. Loved it! Stuff is really friendly and happy to help with selections. Will go back for sure!
