I was there on Easter Monday and there was a guy with black hair in a ponytail who was at cash and he seemed genuinely friendly and outgoing. He had a smile both times I was at the cash because I had forgotten to order something the first time. The food was fresh, good, and made quickly. They were well stocked for fries in the baskets and seemed ready for the holiday rush. Great service.

Went to this location yesterday and got a perfect combo, the fries were fresh and crispy. Charlie asked me to try the cheese chilly bacon hotdog as it was my first time trying a hotdog at new york fries, he did not charge me extra for it and my order was served in less than a minute.Great customer service!!!!
What a rip off!! They are so stingy with the toppings. For a regular size veggies fries, they were adding a small spoon of tomatoes and onions. I wonder what would I have gotten if I asked for a small. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at any other location.
Excellent service by Charlie, ordered butter chicken had good quantity and fresh fries. Charlie was very polite and treated me as I was his friend. Would return back soon.
NYF in the Vaughan Mills mall is amazing. I recently visited this location recently with my daughter and granddaughter. Fries were incredible.Hot ,fresh and quick service . My granddaughter had a hotdog and gobbled it right up !! Definitely will be returning to this location.
I was at New York fries in Vaughan Mills the other day and it wasn't what flies I have they was very undercooked eating raw potato I did go back to complain and you will do nothing about it he said did not send me to do about that has very bad customer service the person had attitude I don't think I would go back there anymore it wasn't cheap got one with the works I'm one with bacon and cheese on plus drinks was not cheap to get not cook potatoes

Fast food & delicious. My family usually order regular poutine, but this time we ordered vege poutine. It was also delicious. If you like poutine but need to try a new one, choose vege one.
