What a bad experience yesterday! The Chinese server was VERY RUDE! She got mad when I just told her that I want the next chicken meal not the other one.m, right away she was screaming! Hello who ever you are you know who you are… CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! Don’t scream at your customers! You are getting your pay from the customers! You are not supposed to be working there! Your manager should know that they have to properly screen the employees before hiring! That Chinese server is very very RUDE! One star is good for you!
I usually don't write reviews. But it was so bad, that I had to write one. I had the worse chilli chicken in my life. The fried rice was stale and hard. The meal was just terrible. My love for Chinese food is bigger than any other food. I am just so disappointed. I dont recall having the worse Chinese food last time, now this place is in my memory..agh..Not ever buying it from there.
I don’t normally leave reviews but finding a bug in your food is appalling. After taking the first few bites, I uncovered this, sauce covered bug. I was not provided with a receipt, so when I took it back, they gave me a hard time about not having one.
We were not thrilled with our order at New Wok. We chose it over Bourbon St Grille for no good reason . The Shanghai noodles were excessively greasy. The chicken was so bland and tasteless. Broccoli was also subpar. Overall, we did not enjoy our lunch.
The portion sizes are an absolute joke. I work in the mall and I try to avoid this place as much as possible because they’re so stingy. Avoid this place.

Delicious Chinese American food when you’re craving it. The general tso chicken is the best as well as their fried rice. Worth the value
This is what i got 2 items why even one side is almost empty? 2nd thought. Probably, shrimps are expensive. Thats why its looks empty. I changed the one star to 2stars. At least food is ok.

They dont know about customer service.. i felt so rushed durinng giving my order. The cashier don’t know how to talk to customer. She was way to rude, I don’t know her name but she is south asian. I was ready to pay but was waiting for debit machine so that i can tap and go. She didn’t even said that “its ready.. you can tap”. She just stood still and didn’t even bothered to say thank you . Way way too rude. Girl you should be thankful that atleast you are working.. otherwise people are still looking for jobs. Anyways, coming back to food. The portions they give is so little as comparison to price. There noodles are way too greasy.
