The manager and the other guy that works there are exceptional! But there’s a girl who works there (full build) who I watched scoop BLACK BEANS off the counter and proceeded to put them back in the remaining bin with the fresh ones and SERVE IT!! That’s disgusting and unacceptable.
Quick service, friendly staff, clean restaurant. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended!

We come here fairly often for their bowls. Lots of delicious choice, fresh (because of regular turnover), nutritious and quite filling. Highly recommend it!!
It was a good burrito at a decent price. However the cashier didn't wear her mask which wasn't appropriate but i digress.Mucho is good because they have unique hot sauce vs the other burrito chains and it fits well with their curated meat burrito offerings. Overall i enjoyed the experience!
I wish if there was zero star! My girlfriend just went there after movie and she experienced worst worst customer service ever! First of all the girl working there was extremely rude no politeness at all she ruined my burrito and on asking that she ripped my burrito out she replied very rudely that that’s why we don’t ask customer to put more toppings which was completely not my hand working on the table. I went there around 10:15 she was probably a Indian girl! Horrible just horrible I would not recommend it to anyone! Only go there if you want to ruin your mood.
Tried Nachos . worst . very less quantity compare to price. its hard to find cheese or pico de galla on Nachos served . No hygiene maintained . one of employee was touching food without gloves .Quantity and quality not worth the price.
We ordered nachos with cheese for my daughter. As she was eating half way through we noticed there was there was a hair in it. I went to show it to the server she questioned me that WAS IT THERE?? What does she mean by it. M I going to put hair in my food. That is ridiculous. Very poor service. I an offended by her question.
