This Restaurant is always busy as it is right by the highway 404 employed does great job, outside patios, pretty clean.. i got what i order!
We went through the drive through and we still had to park and wait at least half an hour. Never experienced this before in a drive through. The egg & bacon Mcmuffin made up for the long wait...so kudos on that !!
Usually only go through the drive-thru but service has been pleasant at different hours (late night as well) that I went. Food has been pretty standard.
Just your run of the Mill McDonald's nothing special didn't go inside went through the drive-thru kind of tight even in a regular vehicle if you've got nice rims maybe go inside and order and if you're in a truck have a fun one! We ordered specialty items you know like a quarter pounder dressed as a big Mac and they messed that up really bad not impressed everything was precooked the burgers were cold but the fries were hot we only hit Mickey D's in a pinch we were hungry! Lol
Paid for my order via app - 1st said the extra offer was not available after I chose it (many times like that already, so why offered then); 2nd said error on app that the dinning in option was not available as the location was closed - in fact both the drive through and dinning room were fully opened; 3rd said error in charging my credit card. So it took some time before I went in the location because of app errors. Once I was inside, I waited for about 10 minutes because there was not a designated casher for the walk in customers. Then I found out my credit card was in fact got charged! Waited for another 15 minutes, they came back and told me that Apple pies were not available! So I got part of my order from start to finished in around 40 minutes!!! Then no ketchup, peppers (all in the app order and confirmed with the print out). When asked 3 times, I got a few packs of ketchup 2 peppers and 4 pieces of napkins (which they put on the counter and I did not see them sensitize any space so I basically got 3 pieces of napkins). Not impressed at all.
Tim Hortons is a trademark from this beautiful country, my hometown, but what I don't understand is that staff should be trained in customer service , we are living in a fast-paced world , but establishments should know that service and customer service is what brings customers back in to restaurants, so please train you service staff it would help them and the business
For the last couple of months I have been going to this location to order my food and coffee.I find the food good the service is fast and the staff very friendly.I even asked to speak to the manager to tell him personally at the time. Keep the good work up
Number one garbage employee at this time, ordered 2 cream and three suger. See the color of the 2 cream. Added no suger and old coffee taste. Today is going to be my bad day with bad mood by this employee. Always I love mc coffee, but I hate from today
Its modernized specially using the apps. It takes a little time to figure it out since it's not that user friendly and confusing at some point. The staff there is accommodating and it takes time when you order via drive thru only when its packed. Overall it's a clean place and worth ordering from that area(McDonald's)
The quality of McDonald's food has been getting worse and worse by the day. Patties are getting thinner and tastes like cardboard. Fries tastes like plastic and their nuggets are not the same. Bad product and bad service overall.
