Never left a negative review before but this McDonalds is genuinely infuriating. I live a block away and use to come here regularly, but at some point they moved the soda machines behind the counter and no longer offer free refills. And when you ask for a refill they say they can’t for covid reasons, as if every employee in there isn’t maskless and gloveless. The cheapskate franchisee who runs this place needs to ask themselves if it’s worth losing regular community customers to other near by McDonalds to save like 10 cents on syrup and water.
Please hire competent people in your drive through. The wait time is insane because they have no clue what they are doing.
If I had to I would give this place a 0 , worst McDonald’s I have ever been too , worst customer service. Waited at the counter for ice cream for over 7 mins and still never got it .So I decided to say something to get someone’s attention and the guy was so rude . He glared at me and put his hand up and said give me a moment and just walked away and I only wanted a ice cream cone . I go to McDonald’s often ish and I have never been to a worst McDonald’s that has the worst customer service and cleanliness. Would definitely tell people to go to a different place if I had too .
Food overall was okay but the condition of the place in this heat is crazy because I don’t think they have the AC on. I was sweating so much and the fact that the workers in the back are for sure feeling it worse than I was. Please make sure you are putting your workers in a safe environment. This heat can have a huge impact on one.
For take-out orders, make sure *always* check if all the items you ordered are in the bag. It's the third time I found out items are missing when I get back home. Very disappointed!
Went to dine in. Had my kids waiting. There were no orders before me for dine in. Cashier took my order and a bunch of people behind me, screens are beeping like crazy because she didn't give the food on time so she cleared the screen got mixed up and started to fulfill orders backwards so I'd get my food last and those behind me got their food first. It was infuriating. Once I sat down with my kids, another person working was on her hands and knees cleaning under the tables. She seemed sick of her job as she felt the need to curse and complain right next to my kids, banging the chairs loudly as she moved them out of her way. Guys get it together. The experience was so bad from so many angles even the managers were just rolling their eyes like "not my problem, as long as the drive thru is going nothing else matters".
Coffee was burnt - it rarely happens here so I don't wanna slam their rating or anything. The service here however is always great. The employees here are kind, personable, and will go out of their way to assist with any issue brought to them. I also like the pleasantries picking up my coffee in the morning.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I've given this location many chances and the same thing keeps happening. I get breakfast there sometimes and the same woman always messes up. This time I told her I wanted a numbered combo, she didn't know what that was (as an employee), she always tries to sneakily upsell to a bigger combo, the prices on the drive thru menu are wrong, etc. I told her I wanted a combo...twice. She didn't even put the hash brown in until I asked again.
Ordered a McDouble and a blt chicken meal, they gave me the McDouble and fries. Didn’t give me the $12 sandwich and drink I ordered. Drove all the way back and my food ended up become stone cold. Didn’t even think to give me a replacement. Worst customer service ever. On top of that I waited at the register for someone to serve me for 10 minutes! Don’t come to this location, you’re better off with the one a couple blocks down. Absolute garbage.
