This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I live and it's been a consistently bad experience. For example, there is no use ordering through a mobile app in advance as when you show up not only your order is not ready, they can't even find it in the system. I have to show order details and the order number and the staff seems to be even more lost. Also, they have no clue what their own address is. The few times I show up to McDonald's, I tend to have low expectations but this place always manages to find a new bottom for their "service". Unacceptable.
Just absolutely horrendous! Full of young employee that don’t care nor understand customer service at all. Very slow! Drive thru takes almost 30mins to get through. Consistent mistakes on orders and quality. Don’t even consider asking for a McFlurry it won’t be even blended. In general most McDonald’s are pretty consistent in quality and time. This one just really misses the mark on all areas.I don’t usually make these long reviews but this is the nearest McDonald’s to me and consistently has let me down.Hope things change!
Relatively busy restaurant just off Major Mac drive. Fairly standard McD's as far as menu, prices, and customer service go. We ordered for takeout, but the drive-thru seemed to move fairly quickly as well. There is an outdoor patio here but it isn't particularly covered or inviting considering it overlooks the parking lot and busy highway. Of note is the fact that because of its location, it's easy getting in, but more challenging getting out as you have to turn left against all the other traffic coming into the large plaza. It took several minutes of waiting just to get back on the road.
Rudest customer service. Ordered via app for curbside pickup. I waited in car for 20min. When I checked after 20min on the app it showed that it has already picked up. Went in the restaurant and manager their was "oh sorry but we don't do curbside after 11pm, we need to fix the app" and handed me cold burgers. And when I asked "is that it? That is your explanation" if would not have came inside they were never going to inform me? And I was already charged for that. She just walked away.... i mean, you had a customer waiting on the order for 20min, no explanation, customer walks in to check, no remorse and when customer protests she just walks away... she wasn't even wearing uniform and was wearing Nike shirt. Very disappointed.
Visited at 2PM to get myself a tea, June 06, 2022. The drive thru was 12+ cars deep so I thought I would use the counter service.I was told the counter was not taking orders (read: closed) due to how busy it was. I mentioned that this wasn't my problem and was basically given a cold shoulder. Unacceptable. Staff up?
Drive thru was backed up with a large line, so I went inside to order. My order wasn't filled until the drive thru was cleared and several other cars cleared through. Was over 15 minutes waiting for the order. Food was fine, but took a long time.
Firstly I had waited around 30-40 minutes in the drive thru, the workers were inefficient and when it was my turn to order they had been talking to other workers while I had been ordering.I had only ordered a mcflurry and a water yet this had taken so long. All the customers had been frustrated.When I had gotten to the window to pay there were two employees talking to each other while I had been waiting for atleast five minutes at that window.Then I go to the next window and I would be there for 10 minutes and when somebody finally saw me they had told me they didn't have ice cream at all so they gave me the water. Then an employee who got off his shift came to me window and flipped me off and started swearing at me for no reason.If I could give zero stars I would have. Don't come here at all would not recommend AT ALL.
Usually come to the drive thru as this location is close to my home. This time I came in with my daughter to have some food. Service was terrible. Stood at the cashier for 5 minutes until someone noticed me….food took way too long which defeats the purpose of fast food altogether, manager and employees don’t use gloves and proceed to prepare the food with their hands (saw this right in front of my face). Most annoying thing though is that there were these obnoxious teenagers play fighting and screaming in the restaurant……Manager didn’t do anything about it. I guess he cares more about his paycheque and not so much about the restaurants operation……head office should definitely get involved as it tarnishes the McDonald’s name
This McDonalds restaurant *used to be* horrible: The food quality was just not good, it tasted plain, the burgers were messed up inside the box, ingredients would often be missing, staff was impatient and rather aggressive. But something has happened here over the last couple of months! New management? I’m not sure, but whatever it may be, please keep it up. This McDonalds has completely reinvented itself and now the food is well presented and tastes as best as McDonalds can offer. The staff is polite and even the packaging for deliveries is neat and tidy. This is the best example of improvement I’ve seen in restaurants in the area and I’m more than pleased to recommend this McDonald’s location to everyone!
This McDonald’s location used to be nice and clean place. Now there are teenagers most of the day hanging on he benches with loud music and they scream and swear. I guess it’s the only place around the school that let students come and hang around like that.
