Tried ordering through the drive through for 5 min. Did not work. Customer behind me kept honking. Placed an oder with the cashier window and paid. Drive to pick up food waiting for order and waited, finally get order short a drink got frustrated. Not impressed, fries were cold.
Worst experience. Ordered just fries. It was cold and was not fresh.
Ordered while on the way home from a bike ride lmao. So I order curbside. I check in. Enter the parking spot number and the app tells me my order will be out shortly. Ten minutes or so pass by, however I can see they are extremely busy and I’m busy sending an email while waiting. But then it goes over 15 minutes of waiting. Then the app changes from waiting for a order to thanking me for my order and confirmation of my points. Which hasn’t happened until the the food is in my possession. Lock up my bike and go in. Approximately 20 minutes since arriving. I tell the young man at the pick up counter. He goes back looks at the screen comes back all confused and tells me we don’t have it. Now he continues to help customers at the same time as saying write down your order. Lol. By this time I’m regretting coming as now I’ve been waiting 24 minutes and no food. Finally 32 minutes after arrival I get a double cheese 6 nuggets and a large fry. And they don’t even offer a drink. Nothing offered. I would have left but at the point of checking in, my card has already been charged.
Very poor service , customers are waiting for almost 20 mins or so for the order. Crews are very unorganized and keep touching hair while fixing fries and burger..very unhygienic. The place is filthy, tables and floors are not cleaned and just really disappointing
Very rude staff, they leave when you’re talking to them right in the face!! Worst customer service ever!!
Fast service, consistent food, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Can't ask for more from McDonald's
Severly understaffed for the amount of customers. Ordering inside the store is extremely slow. I feel really bad for the workers that have to deal with such an environment. Should really take a look at their busy periods and adjust accordingly.
The worst McDonalds ever. Just drive further and order at a different location. What a disaster from start to finish. Everyone comes back inside because their order is messed up....including me!Horrible leadership! Needs hrlp ASAP!
Today their were no cashiers in your store to take orders during my elderly mothers visit. She waited patiently for 15 min for someone to take her order for a simple coffee. Person after person was using your digital kiosk, she has never used that and not use to ordering that way so she couldn't get a coffee. She tried flagging down one of the staff to get assistance without any luck. She ended up leaving and walking home. Heart breaks for the elderly customers. Shame on this location/management.
Meh. This McDonald's keeps saying they don't have any ice cream because the machine is all out and they say it all the time. Don't really like anything else in mcdonalds besides the fries and the mcflurries.
