If you're going through the drive thru expect to wait for your order in the parking lot. It's the standard unless you're drinking a beverage and ordered a muffin. It's supposed to be fast food, your order should be ready at the window even if the car has to wait 30 seconds. No other location does this unless there is a MAJOR delay with the order. They should go to the Tim's across the street and see how they operate...
Ronald McDonald FOREAL!!! If you want a clown show come to this place at 11:50pm on a Tuesday night. Just wanted to grab a bite to eat until I had to wait over 15 minutes to just watch an understaffed joke in front of my eyes… Will never come here again, extremely disappointed. (Doesn’t bother me tho lowkey trying to control my calories and was a blessing in disguise)
Good place, but very very busy usually. Mostly South Asian community members work here. Nice people. No complains
Not halal in Canada so I grab myself a Fish Burger on a sesame bun with added shredded lettuce and tomato. Taste great. Cycle in some fries with tartar sauce on the side, and wash it all down with a Nestea.Have tried the desserts in the past including the Apple Pie, Sundaes, and Chocolate Banana Muffin. All are good.Price is a bit on the high end if your buying a lunch for 3 or more people and we ended up paying 40+ dollars.Overall experience including food quality and customer serviceis: 3.5/5
Worst McDonald's ever all the staff members seem lost, every time I have an order I have to wait in the pick up area, this morning, I ordered a ice coffee and a everything bagel with cream cheese o the app, I waited 20 mins until I saw staff member and asked about my order, 5 minutes later she came out ithe the wrong bagel. I just took it and left. What a waste of time.
Extremely unimpressed with this McDonald’s. After a long night shift at work I came to get some food and not only did it take long the machine was not working to tap and they asked me if I can come in to pay which was not ideal at 2 o’clock in the morning after working she then took my card to go tap her self. After waiting several minutes for my meal when I asked for sauce I was told that if there is an a additional charge. I was very upset with the customer service and the attitude of the employees working. I will not return to this McDonald’s and do not recommend this McDonald’s Location
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder requiring the strict avoidance of gluten. A cheeseburger with no bun on a platter with a round egg fits the bill. ****** Follow up visit four years later.... Ordered a McDouble with no bun added two slices of tomato and an order of medium fries. The food was hot and fresh and served by a very polite staff member at the inside counter. Another perfect gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.
Go here every morning for breakfast. Quality service and food. Staff is hard working.
This afternoon, I've ordered a coffee from drive through and presented my "coffee stickers". Female Cashier refused to take it due to one sticker was missing; even though I asked them to remove the sticker from my new order cup.They said it's a McDonald's policy.Manager Neelan started to giving me a lecture with attitude when I spoke to her. Nilaan asked me to go ahead and do the Google review when I mentioned about it.Very disappointed by unfriendly and route staff.I'll never visit this location again.
Most of the time, orders are wrong. When using coupons, they automatically upgrade the coffee and add it to your bill. I asked if price is the same if size was bigger, counter girl said yes but receipt shows that a few cents was added (we ordered 3 meals). I only checked when i got home. It’s really nothing much but imagine if they do this to all customers!Another time, we ordered a McFlurry and they gave us a melted one. Maybe someone ordered an hour before and they changed their mind and gave it to us so it wont go to waste!Lesson: Always check your receipt and check your orders or better yet, go to another McDonald’s.I hope they open another one close by so we won’t need to order from them anymore.
