Ordered 2 chicken mcgriddles through the drive thru, was greeted by some of the most seemingly miserable employees ever, and once I got to work found out that there was no chicken in either of my chicken mcgriddles. Literally only two components in that sandwich, and one was missing. Really disappointing.

I ordered in the drive-through. I asked for my meal they took the order very quickly they asked if I could pull ahead and wait for the meal to be brought out. I asked to confirm all the things i ordered and the lady just rushed me through. I knew they were going to forget somethingThis is exactly what they did. They forgot the condiments I was asking for before being rushed.I didn't even get to ask the lady who brought out the food about the stuff, she ran back inside. So I had to go inside.I go up to the counter no one even looks at me for 3 minutes straight, so I have to wave to get someone's attention Some dude asked if something was wrong I said "yes I ordered ketchup in the drive-through" he says "OK??" in a questioning manner. So apparently he didn't have enough context to realize that the reason I came inside from the drive-through was because of the Ketchup they decided to not confirm.0/10 bad experience. Do better.

I came here for breakfast on May 28, 2022 at 10am. I had the best service with this young lady who was the sweetest to everyone, she was a trainer but she did a wonderful job doing her best. I did not appreciate how some of the customers were the rudest and showing attitude. If you are in a bad mood do not put that madness on others. Thank you for your services.

Horrible experience. Staff is disorganized and unprepared. Only one lady was kind to help.Asked for a receipt for my order (business expenses), and since it did not print, I asked the front if they could print it for me. The Manager on duty was not the kindest, did not even attempt to help me, and said he could not do it as he was not trained (a previous employee at this location did help me once with this, so it’s simply not wanting to help).They also gave my order to someone else, as I did not have a reference number when they were calling it so I had no idea what it was.Shambolic location, shame on the owner.

Horrible experience. There is 0 communication between the staff inside. Besides cars taking up spots that are given to the cars behind them, the employee who is coming out is randomly looking for the car that has ordered before. We had to honk for the person with our happy meal to approach our car, even though we were parked on slot #1. An employee came out with 4 full bags and distributed items to car #3 and headed back until we honked and waived her way to our car to receive our Happy Meal.We greeted employee and ensured her that it wasn’t her fault that we had to wait 20min, it was still an inconvenience. We thanked the employee and left McDonald’s. When we arrived home and unpacked the items purchased, they were smashed all together. This is a result of an employee who had to carry multiple bags as a result of a large built up of cars in front of the store.Needless to say, it was a poor experience and we will try to avoid this location at all cost.

What a joke this place is. Just moved to Vaughan and been here 3 times and all 3 times my order was screwed up or never given to me. Never thought I’d be writing a bad Google review for McDonald’s as I don’t really expect much from them anyway but here I am. Don’t go here. Travel 2 mins up the road to the next location

Whenever go through driveway asked to wait around the corner.Two times in a row now after patiently waiting for mins., found that they had given someone else my order even though i was in the spot they asked for me to park at. Even though a called out to one of the runners he ignored me and I had to go inside. Where after explaining I had been waiting for 15 mins they just looked St their board and said nope don't see your order must've been taken by someone else.Omg SeriouslyHad to wait again while they prepared another

Absolutely the worst possible place to eat. Staff are rude, food is saggy, do your self a favor and stay away from this location for good. Or better yet, respect your body and avoid McDonald's entirely, remember, McDonald's burger doesn't cost 3 bucks, it costs your health and planet.

I work by this McDonalds. It is the only McDonalds that can NEVER have food ready. EVERY single time I order they make me pull over and wait 10 minutes for food. Even the most simple order. I don’t get it.

Ordered breakfast online using the app. One of the items was a breakfast burrito. Got home and looked at it, and it had a prep sticker on it that says it was made yesterday morning and had to be used by 4:19AM this morning. I picked up my burrito at 10:20AM, so apparently, this burrito should have been thrown out six hours ago, but instead, it was served to me. Apparently nobody at the restaurant is looking at their own labels intended to ensure safe, fresh food.Was told to contact the number on the app for a refund, because I paid by credit card through the app. The customer service agent said that all she could do for me was to send me a coupon for another burrito. I said that I would just like to have my money back, and she told me that the only way for that to happen was to dispute the charges with my bank because they will not refund my money.So essentially, McDonald's served me an expired burrito and then refused to give me my money back.Maybe the absolute worst experience at any restaurant that I've ever had in my entire life.
