We went straight to the drive thru. We paid and then we was told to wait at the front for our food. We waited for about 10mins or less. The guy was nice. The kids enjoyed their meal.
Went it to around 9:15 pm on the 2nd of May, 2022 for a pickup. Spoke to a black lady, and she said it is being prepared. Waited for about 15 minutes, and went back, and discovered food was ready and she and possibly others forgot I was present there.Went at about 12:30 am on the 3rd of May... Only one person ahead of me in line, and the cashier forgets to even ask me if I want to place an order or what am I doing there.
Been sitting in this drive through line for so long I've resorted to writing this review. I could have gone to the farm. Bought a chicken. Took it home. Prepared it. And eaten my home made chicken nuggets by now. Unbelievable.
The gave me the wrong burger. Showed them the receipt and I returned burger and no apology. Waited 20mins for the correct burger and nothing. So I asked for a refund and the manager couldn't care less. Again no apology just asked me for the receipt and what I was refunding. No attempt to fix it or make it right. Seen other people experience the horrible customer service while I was waiting. One customer came in and said he was waiting over 20mins in the curbside and no one brought out food. He had to come to get his food. Avoid this place.
Took my order home as I was openi g and about to eat the sausage McMuffin I see the bun looks bitten and it was disgustingPs even tried calling the store only to get hung up when they picked up and it wasn't even busy when I went in around 440 a d ordered my order number is 1103
What a terrible experience. Drove up to try there breakfast instead of getting Tim Hortons every morning and pull up to the drive thru and they ask to take my order. I order their brand new well advertised Egg BLT on English muffin. She says oh hold on one second. One minute later comes back it says what can I get for you I order the same thing again and she says oh we don’t have that now. I asked what are they missing off for that sandwich that they can’t make it. She says we have chicken we have sausage. I say what ingredient are you missing that you can’t make it and I’ll order something else. They said yes we have bagel. I say are you missing the bacon off the sandwich do you not have bacon in your restaurant? She says no chicken only or sausage . Hence to say I drive through and leave and go back to my usual Tim’s. It’s a shame because they could’ve gotten my $10 and day five days a week order
A complete mess, the poor staff. Everything that could go wrong was going wrong. My kids order was wrong and missing its drinks, people were waiting to pay, no cashier at the front. We asked for help and the staff just turned their backs and walked away, too busy to care. I didn't bother going back for the drinks.
Busy parking lot, very tight. Only 2 designated online order pick up spots. Fries are salted inconsistently. It seems McDonald's doesn't give ketchup unless asked? But otherwise, typical McDonald's food and experience. Definitely not flagship.
Worst experience ever. Come in to get coffee, waited 20min no service. Short staffed. People came in and got there mobile order. She walks right by me still doesn't take my order. I walked behind the cash twice asking for service.If u wanna be late for work in the morning this is the perfect spot to go. Never again.
2 weeks ago in the drive thru cars got stuck because McDonald's couldn't clear the snow in the drive thru. McDonald's knows how to collect money from customers. I had to eat my food in the drive thru. Took me 7min to get out.
