Located in the heart of Downtown Kleinberg this little Restaurant/Cafe has refreshing drinks, good munchies and a nice patio located right infront of the shop. Went for breakie with the familia on a Saturday morning and got seated right away then waited and waited and waited, unfortunately the service is slow as we had to grab the server ourselves to order our breakfast and drinks. The food came out quickly though and was a plentiful serving size and delicious. Ordered the classic breakie with eggs over easy and bacon with homefries, I would happily order this again as everything was cooked properly and well seasoned. Unfortunately after our feast we had to grab our server again to get another round of coffees which definitely effected our experience after the delicious meal. I would dine here again and would recommend all to try the breakfast and ice lattes on a summer day but, be prepared to speak up and grab the attention if your waiter/waitress to order what you want. Bon appetito!

Nice omelette and chicken panini (just needed more chicken inside)Great coffee. Beautiful and cozy ambience. It’s just the two table and chairs were very small. A tall person can have hard time on the chairs.

Service was very poor and extremely slow. Paper cups and plates. Family of five arrived mid day for brunch. Saw people returning food back to kitchen. That should have concerned us. Other tables that arrived after us, were being served but Our food never came. When we asked what happened, we were told that out order was placed behind all others by accident? Owner Francis apologized said she didnt know what was happening with service. There’s a much nicer bistro down the street that is top rated.

Horrible experience! I went there with my baby and my husband because I live near buy and I had a terrible experience! The owner her name is Francis,a blonde lady, she told me I should set in a table for 2 not for 4 even that I had my kid with me!I told her to warm up a little bit my baby’s cookies and she was so rude telling me that she will not do that because was good like that!!! I told her my baby needs the cookie to be soft if she please can do it and she give me attitude! That lady was so rude I will never never in my life spend my money there again!!!

Should have taken those recent 1-star reviews seriously. It's the only actual restaurant in this area. The area itself is nice, reminds me of a smaller version of Unionville, and the patio has a nice view and atmosphere. This place clearly doesn't care about the environment with only using plastic utensils and cups and paper plates (guess they're too lazy to do dishes). Our server didn't ask us how we'd like our eggs for brunch, so we asked aren't you going to ask how we'd like our eggs, and she said "we just do sunny side up unless you tell us first", which is a blatant lie because another server who was serving another table beside us asked the right questions. Also didn't clarify what protein option we wanted when the menu clearly states we need to make a choice. Honestly, the only reason I'm not giving only one star despite the untrained, unprofessional servers, wasteful cutlery and dishes, and not cleaning tables properly in between customers, the food was "decent" (honestly, the potatoes were probably the best part) and nice patio. Just do take-out, or stick to the pastries, which I guess is this place's specialty.

Get you a friend and get this $45 Brunch box, ABSOLUTELY Worth it, delicious. Comes in a big pizza box, we were obsessed. The chai tea lattes and London fog were lovely. I forgot to take a picture of our main food because we dove in right away but we got the Eggs Benedict, Egg and Avocado Sandwich and The Classic Breakfast. They were all delicious, I’ve also never had Eggs Benny on a waffle before!! I loved it. And the eggs were perfect. Thank you so much, our crummy day was instantly turned around, fast service and full bellies. Will return ♥️

This place is absolutely terrible. Our food was terrible. It literally tasted like nothing that it burned me to pay for my bill when we received it. Our server had to clarify our order 3 times. After that the owner came back to clarify again. It was nothing complicated…avocado toast and an egg. When I told her I didn’t understand why we sat there for 25 minutes and she came to clarify my order for the fourth time she looked at me like I was stupid for asking that question and responded so rudely. We had 3 little babies with us and she did not have a care in the world. We asked for our bill 3 times and we were ignored. If you want terrible food and horrible service this is your place.

I paid $18 for 3 items: a tea, a coffee, and a chocolate croissant - all of which were below average in both size and quality. The people behind the counter were nice though. Needless to say, I won't be back.Kleinburg seems to be full of these types of low-quality pretentious businesses. There are lots of better places in Bolton and Vaughan/Woodbridge just a short drive away.

I wanted to give this place another chance but this is the second time I’ve been burned by them. The first time was when I placed an order through UberEats. My food came sloppy and unpackaged. I called the restaurant to confirm if this is how it was sent. The owner said yes and oh well. Needless to say, I didn’t end up eating the food. Today I stopped by hoping to get some lunch. I couldn’t go into the restaurant because there were people sitting in chairs partially blocking the door and I could not get my stroller through. I waited outside for five minutes to get someone’s attention. She saw me at the door, ignored me and proceeded to serve people to came in after me. Poor customer service and flat out rude.

Friends and I often went for breakfast/lunch here and besides their good salads, we all particularly liked their scones. We found them different and special from your run of the mill ones elesewhere.Based on that I recently placed a large order, among which were 8 scones.I was very disappointed because they were nothing like the ones they used to serve. The texture, taste, and shape were very different and not great. Also they were slightly greasyI had asked if the owner and cook were the same before ordering and was told yes. Sorry to say I was having company for brunch and wasdisappointed.
