Server wasn’t knowledgeable and we had to ask for every little thing (salt, pepper, sauce, etc.) He forgot kids meals come with a drink and a dessert . Adult meals disappointing since they took forever to come. Once they were served to us, the veggies weren’t cooked and almost raw. Mashed potatoes cold so we sent it back to be warmed up again . Small portions and sooo disappointed and paid $93 and left hungry
Our server Dakota was fabulous! Exceptionally friendly, courteous and polite. The food was delicious…..thanks for making my decisions on what to eat that much easier! Will definitely be requesting your section the next time we come back. Cheers ?
Dakota was our server tonight and was extremely patient and easy going. All the other servers and hosts are super generous and welcoming as well. Love them all. Thank you for the amazing service for our dinner of 8 tonight. The food was mint??
Excellent attentive service by Dakota B who managed to take care of the bar customers while taking care of customers in the bar area (lounge).Food was great and price for value also great.Fish and chips amazing as well as balsamic vinegar chicken.One of our fav places.
The service was really disappointing. I came with a party of 10 and was really looking forward to going here. However, after we ordered, my plate arrived 30 minutes after everyone elses. By the time my dinner arrived, the rest of the table was pretty much done eating. On top of this, they forgot to bring half of my order. I ordered the chicken parm dinner and I also ordered the garlic bread appetizer to come out at the same time, but I didn't receive it. (The garlic toast in the photo came with the meal and is different from the app that I ordered on top of that, which didn't arrive.) At that point, I was already too frustrated to mention it to the waitress. The server didn't check on us at all until 30minutes after we were done eating. At that point, she took our dessert orders and brought those orders out while our empty dinner plates were still on the table. The food was pretty good but the service ruined it for me.
Did curbside pick-up for burgers - ordered online and picked up at the Maple / Jane location.It was fast and efficient, only down-side was that the burgers and fries were soggy (it was only a 3 min drive home). They didn’t offer or include condiments which was also a miss. Overall the burgers were okay but nothing to write home about (a little greasy – which usually isn’t so bad when your eating it at the restaurant but disappointing when the grease leads to a soggy and kind of gross bun).I would order again but would definitely try something else for pick-up (maybe ribs or pasta and a side salad).During checkout they have a checkbox if you want plastic utensils which I can appreciate – I hate when they get added and I end up not using them.
Sorry guys but this was not a great experience, at all. We came with a group for a celebration and had some of the worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. From not following up with guests during the dinner, not asking for refills on drinks, not offering water, mixing up orders to the wrong people at the table and the kicker was leaving the dinner plates on the table for 30 mins after we had all finished.....AND brought out desserts all while still having the dirty dinner plates and cutlery still on the table.Hopefully this review helps you want to step it up. On a positive note, the food was great, but the service ruined the experience. People are looking forward to coming out to restaurants again after all these lockdowns and this isn't the kind of experience we had been hoping or waiting for.
Lovely ambiance. Helpful staff and delicious food.Good for weekend dine in.Parking space is ample outside the restaurant.Must try dish at this Kelsey is Balsamic chicken.Super yum
Went there after the movies...ordered burgers and drinks. Delicious, amazing burgers and fries. The garden salad was soggy, inedible. Awesome service!
Very comfortable Pub to enjoy well-made Caesars and Cold draft beers at the centred Square Sports bar. comfortable atmosphere and decor makes this place a great stop for lunch or after work Cocktails
