Picked up a cheese burger combo with fries this evening.....the burger was ok but the fries were horrible. I'm guessing they must have cooked them in advance and either reheated or fast fried them....absolutely inedible. Very slow location tonight, maybe that should have tipped me off. Anyway, they won't be seeing my business again.For the prices I pay for a burger and fries and time waited for the food, I should be getting fresh everything!!
Good at keeping consistency in serving bad meals. Worst fries I ever had. The fries were oily and the burger patty tasted like cardboard. Not sure if its the problem of the restaurant or the franchise. Never trying any food from here(this store) for sure.
Placed order with Uber Eats and the restaurant substituted meatless chicken for the shrimp we ordered. Called the restaurant and they said “sorry, out of shrimp!” The rude lady on the phone lost our business and anyone I can warn about this place. Many better options at your fingertips - don’t waste your time and money here!

Ordered 2 different burgers and I got two the sime kinda.No ketchup no pickle was requested.Ketchup and pickle was inside the two wrong orders.But the best is the way burgers were cooked..
I ordered there new plant based burger and oh boy …it was really good..I’ll bring my kids here next time

Ordered Uber eats through this store and I’m unhappy my special instructions weren’t followed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time I’ve had this issue I had to get a hold of the manager to get a new order. To all honesty, it’s not worth my time doing that again. The burger arrived with ingredients I dislike and was mansion on the instructions not to add them. I also don’t understand why the sauces weren’t on the burger itself and instead was given to me in a plastic container. The sauces are meant to be put burger guys.
Regular location for HCB. Nothing special about it. But nice place to have some burger. Looks clean.
