Poor take out experience on May 1st.My wife placed an order the night before for a family lunch, and upon pick up the order had several issues:1. Order wasn’t ready for pickup until 30minutes after scheduled time!2. Missing item #1: I checked our order and found that an appetizer we ordered was missing. When I returned to store to ask the staff about it, I was advised the item wasn’t available… I was offered a refund/substitute only after returning to store and asking. There seemed to be miscommunication between kitchen staff and cashier but it is not acceptable to knowingly let a customer walk out without something they ordered and paid for!3. Missing item #2: We ordered a salad with tempeh. When my brother opened it he found the tempeh was missing. I called the resto and was initially only told to return to the store for a cash refund on the salad to correct THEIR mistake (Not sure why they could not refund to the credit card we ordered with.) Only after speaking with the manager was I told their HR would reach out to us to provide a refund. We are still waiting.1 issue on an order is understandable on a busy day, but 3 is a pattern of poor training or management.I have had great dine-in and take out experience at the Queen St. location but will not be returning to this location any time soon.
The best plant based food, must try even if you have never been to a restaurant like this before I promise you will love it

Had the hello burger and it was pretty delish. Would definitely be back to try other options. There are only about three burgers to choose from and not a big list of desserts either. 3 desserts 2 of which are cheesecake so hopefully they add more variety. The wedges that came with the burger were filling but lacked flavour and salt and were a little hard in some areas because they’re cut so large. Good COVID policy and ensure there is a table gap between the next customer
Best menu is fried cauliflower that I love to eat it..wow. Enjoy to check my photo of foods and also plants in the hang are so cool.
Being a plant-based eater you are used to overpriced meals. One thing you except is good portions and good quality. I ordered for take out 18$ Curry meal with tofu. I got one small square of tofu and lots of rice and potatoes with poor-tasting curry sauce. I wouldn't write this review, but it's not the first time I got this type of food at this location. I'm writing this hoping some can read this and make some improvements. At this point, I would consider this low-class fast food.
Absolutely amazing!! We went for lunch and the service, vibe, and food were top tier! The presentation and flavour of the dishes were off the charts. The messy potato wedges were good and the spicy bap was just to die for! I really look forward to going again for a filling and delicious meal!
I met up with some old coworkers here, none of whom are vegan, and everyone was raving about the food. They were blown away at how delicious vegan food was!I've been hesitant to eat indoors and had originally planned to eat on the patio, but due to the weather we had to move things indoors. With the generous spacing they had between tables, I felt at ease inside.The staff were so courteous and attentive, almost as soon as I arrived with a toddler in tow, someone had brought over a booster chair and he even secured it to the seat for me. And even though we took a long time to finish our meals, we never felt rushed by the staff.I've been vegan for a number of years, but this was the first time ever coming to Hello 123. And it certainly won't be my last. The food was delicious and so satisfying! Even though I live over 30 minutes away, I feel like this has become my new favourite restaurant. The service, the ambiance, and the food were all amazing.
Such awful services.. I was there for lunch today. We've been waiting patiently for a waitress to come our order. After they attended others who came after us we had to raise our hand to get attention. When we finished our lunch, we had to wait and raise our hands for the bill. Everyone else in the restaurant received great service. It is my sincere hope that this is not a case of racial discrimination because we were the only black people in the restaurant... even though the food was great I will NEVER go back...
Very friendly staff and great food. Got waffles with coconut- cashew cream and Mocha. Enjoyed them both.
