Absolutely disgusting! I received a moldy hamburger bun on my child’s cheeseburger! Honestly I am so shocked! Attached is a picture of what I saw when I opened her burger. How can something that like this, that is so obvious to see, still be packaged especially knowing this is for a child’s meal? Clearly no quality control at this location. This is not acceptable.
Terrible service, person taking orders did not really understand me. I wanted quarter chicken white with fries she told me it would take 15min unfortunately couldn't wait that long so I settled for a grilled chicken it ended up being dry over cooked. Don't think I'll be back.
I have tried to eat here twice and both times it’s either closed or derive through only. Don’t waste your time coming to this location
Placed a pick up order that should have been ready by 4:38PM. Get there at 4:50PM and still not ready. The paper bag was on the counter with the order slip and list of toppings but nobody did anything. No apologies. I ask for my food and the girl is like, oh, ok. Store was not busy but was a mess. Had I known this store was such a mess, I would not have ordered. First time here and it is my last.
Food is nice, unfriendly , unwelcoming. Will Avoid this location.
Disaster everytime we order. Toppings missing constantly. We still come because it's so close but c'mon. We are always asked to park and wait. Then to have wrong toppings is annoying.
The food at this place is so good! It was really hot a fresh…. I always love coming to this location, staff is very friendly and washrooms are always clean!
Very slow service! After waiting 15 mins in the car for the food I decided to go inside instead… Only to see all the staff standing around and my food packed and sitting on the counter, along with other orders. This is ridiculous!! I will never go here again.
The worst Harvey’s in the area, hands down. Placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes for my order once I got there. Rude and ignorant employees, nobody cares at this location, once my order came I got a burnt wrap cold burger and onion rings. Avoid this location at all costs
The gentleman who was responsible for fulfilling how my burger was to be stuffed with extras and condiments should receive a merit. He was very courteous and accommodating to customer request, not just to me but to every customer I saw.
