Ordered sushi, udon and a few other dishes.WorstFoodEverWill never see ones more cent from meSoggy floury sushi. Bland unseasoned chicken teriyaki and udon soup that would be thrown out in a prison dining hallTruly disgusting food. Threw almost all of it away

I feel like this place has been around so long and is such a staple that people don’t even notice how bad it’s become!?My dynamite rolls had stale shrimp tempura and the pieces of the breading were hard as rocks—no joke—had to spit it out. I tried other bites and the other rolls had rocky, inedible bits of tempura too. ?I’m also not impressed that the rolls are enormous—as if that’s going to distract from the poor quality. The jumbo size is just clumsy and unnecessary.Moving forward, I’ll stick with Hub Sushi which is literally across the street. It’s annoying because they’re pretty pricey, but I’d rather pay for consistency and quality over this ridiculous excuse for maki rolls.I actually don’t know how these guys stay in business.

I have ordered 3 party trays and it was delicious. Fish tasted fresh, all the veggies were fresh as well and delicious. The avocado was creamy and tasty. The sashimi was fresh tasting and melts in your mouth. My family and I have been ordering from this place for years!!!! They never disappoint and staff are very friendly. If you love sushi you’ll definitely like this place.

Always fantastic and that is because Alice and Alex know how to run a business and treat their customers.Over the years we have become a lot more than just customers.Always treated like family.

Great for take out when you're not in a rush. We'll priced trays and other combos. Not great sir down experience with really long wait times to be served.

Very friendly staff. The experience was off to a great start with an excellent miso soup and seaweed salad. Then came our dynamite rolls which were fairly good. The issue started when our short ribs came. The meat was very fatty and there were some broken bones. The taste of the meat was fine but after a few attempts to eat it, we gave up. We asked the server if we could send it back and get something else instead because the meat was barely touched and we did try. Her response was that she could not take it back because she considered the plate to have plenty of good meat on it still and we should give it another go. It was unfortunate we had to pay for a plate we couldn’t eat. Also, this is the first sushi restaurant i’ve visited where they bring the edamame as the final dish. I thought they had forgotten all together but right as we were about to ask for the cheque they brought it.

There was a male waiter which was very rude. He made a comment/ joke about my size/ weight, because I am a big guy. I was kind of shocked/ stunned didn't know what to say because I was caught off guard. Wasn't expecting it. We usually go to ginza maple where the staff and food is fantastic. But they we close today & decided to go to the other ginza location. That was a mistake. We will NEVER go back. Going to stick with the maple location. If I could I would give negative stars.

The worst meal ever. The fried dishes were soggy. Chicken was dried out and rubbery. Sushi had virtually no taste. What a waste of over $100.00

Disappointed with the quality lately. The rolls are made sloppy and the last order we made was completely wrong and made the price almost $20 higher I've had orders recently with missing ginger and my phone number listed wrong. I use to love coming here but have noticed it's just not the same aymore. Sorry, I'm done.

Have been going for years, great sushi and value.
