Food is delicious! My favourites are the vegan BLT and mushroom melt. Skin care products feel great for my skin. The body butter, candle and essential oil have beautiful fragrances. Ladan and the staff are absolutely wonderful and take care of their customers. Thank you guys. I got this NUT MYLK from Essence as part of their little surprise packs! It's said to be made with activated cashews, filtered water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cardamom, and pink salt hence it's filled with antioxidants. This tastes as you'd expect, being a plant-based milk. It wasn't overly flavorful but quite nutty and creamy. Such an aesthetic packaging, I almost thought it was a bottle of shampoo, haha.
Always fresh, healthy, full of flavour and fairly priced for great quality food! So lucky to have Essence nearby!

A rare find in Woodbridge/ Vaughan. We ordered 2 bowls, the Creamsicle smoothie and sweet potato brownie. Everything was delicious and perfectly flavoured. Can't wait to come back and try more items!
Ordered the green salad wrap and tropical sunrise smoothie via UberEats. The wrap has green collards, hummus, roasted beets, and alfalfa sprouts. The smoothie was really tasty made up of strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, passion fruit and a dash of coconut water!
A unique menu from other health/juice shops. Can't wait to see the expansion of their shop once complete!
It’s next to impossible to find good plant based food for take out. Found this place by fluke because Freshii was too far to drive for my lunch break at work. Googled vegan restaurants near me and took a chance. WOW. I had the sunrise scramble. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Very filling too. Their menu looks amazing and I want to try everything on it - problem is I’m so obsessed with the sunrise scramble I don’t want to miss it when we order from there! I mean look at the picture - drool!!
Unbelievable ❤️❤️ we had the avocado bowl, Latin bowl and primavera pasta - everything was so so good - definitely the best plant based bowls within the GTA - so glad I found you guys! The açai bowls were the best dessert ??I am eating cold leftovers now and it still tastes amazing
