The worst place to go for ribs. Ribs were burnt dry and hard. When asked for the manager he was the cook. When the manager came out he did not apologize at all and Infact said he was serving them like that all day that people like them burnt. The cops were called because he refused to take it off the bill. $15 ribs and we refused to pay for the UN edible ribs. So it's costing him $15 dollars for a bad review, lost customers and reported him to BBB and reported to their head office ?
Thank you so much to the Chucks staff !!! 10 stars if possible.We were looking for a small restaurant to hold about 20+ people where we can have a few drinks and have some nice food. This happened to fall on the day Rogers had their nationwide outage. The Chucks staff corded off a large section of the restaurant for our group. The (2) waitresses were so very helpful with our constant drink orders, food orders and was accommodating to the size of our group 20+ people. Everything was addressed quickly and accurately. Great job!! This was a retirement party with our office staff and field staff at the Chucks restaurant in Maple. Our long-standing office employee has been with us for 18 years has now retired. We were all sad that he was leaving us, so a retirement party was necessary. We arrived at Chucks around 430pm and left at about 7pm. We got the bill and it was paid in cash with a very very nice tip. Well done to Chucks Franchise and the Chucks staff that night. 10 stars. We will be back again.
Steak was awful. Not cooked
I have been to 6 or 7 locations and this one is by far the worst service. Out of the 5 times we have visited this location only once have we had a regular dining experience.I have disregarded it other times. But this time was a bit ridiculous. The pitcher we ordered smelled slightly and was off in taste. Our server proceeds to tell us that it’s fine. And if we want she will replace 1/2 the pitcher since we had already poured out into our glasses. Although our glasses were still 3/4 full.She called the owner over. Who told us nothing is wrong with it; other customers have been drinking it all day and that we won’t be getting any exchange or other beer and then she walked away.Eventually the server brought us two bottles.What happened to customer service in the HOSPITALITY industry ?
Super cheap beer and food especially after 9pm.Feel casual and family style. Around 6-8 types of beer on tap.Food is mediocre but for 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm, can’t complain.The washroom is a bit smelly and dated, with a few big mosquitoes, not too acceptable for my standard.Will still come back for drinks.

Food was good and great price. Beer is also a great price. After eating the burger I didn't have room to eat all the onion rings. I liked the batter on the rings. The fish tacos were huge. The wait staff does seem depressing though. At first there was only 2 other customers, and had to wait to get served. They walk very slowly like they hate their jobs, and we had to wait a long time, as did others, to get drink replacements. Had to waive them down. So did 2 other tables. There seemed to be enough wait staff, and not that many customers, so not sure if maybe they are the cooks too, as all of them would disappear for some time. I am very happy they are still wearing masks, and the owner is very attentive. Looing forward to going and sitting outside. (The bathroom could use some cleaning/fixing)
We ordered ribs and a really great dinner. The half chicken was tasty and had a lot of mildly spiced sauce. Prices were great and food was hot and tasty. Menu is family friendly. The chef was kind and caring.Next time we will try the dessert. I am sure it will be amazing as well.
