Great place for kids 10 and under. New security proctols in place. Foods choices limited. We ordered a mushroom pizza with stuffed crust. No dipping sauce came with pizza. Price for an 1 hr play time was $40. Food price separate from the game pass.
I planned a party for my sons 3rd birthday this past weekend & must I say I was definitely disappointed with the way these staffs were acting . First off I wanna start by thanking my hostess for the party Emily she was a sweetheart & very understanding great woman . The mangers on the hand were disgusting I know for sure one of their names were Ali very rude individual with a bad attitude ,they basically made it seem like I was gonna run off without paying my bill . I went outside to move my mothers car & they had someone come running out after me & someone looking out the window watching my every move mind you my son & everyone that I invited for the party was still inside even though I insured them that I wasn’t leaving without paying I just had to wait for my sons father to get her back with the bank card they still had the nerves to go around to my guests & ask them if I was gonna pay I found that very disrespectful my family was in disbelief the way these staffs were acting … I really didn’t appreciate that & it honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. That will be my first & last party at that Chuck E Cheese location. On the bright side my son enjoyed himself .
The pizza was fresh and hot, but I have to say I wasn't happy with the portion size for the wings plate.Overall we had about 10 fries on the plate, enough crazy bread for only 2 people and about 5 small wings that weren't full size along with some crumbs. This isn't what any of us expected since other Chuck E. Cheese locations generally put more food on the plate and considering there were more than 2 people at the table there should have been more than the scrums of what was left out back. The games were a little dated but that still wasn't as disappointing as the side plate that came with the delicious pizza.
Chuck e. cheese Is a amusing indoor park for kidsGenerally good for above 3 years oldHave a lot of fun for kids when they are playing gamesIt has also a place for birthdayThey would take selfi pictures with your phone due to safety in reason to check at exist so that your kid could not go out of the place with some one elseSafe and amusing
fun place for kids and adults, clean and spacious lots of games for kids
Medium size branch, well maintained and equipped with the basic gaming machines but not much more. Can provide a good hour of activity with the kids. The buffet is very basic , wouldn’t count on it for a good meal. The kids had a good time.
Be careful when you visit this location. Walked in with 2 kids, Ali was "welcoming" us. He asked what colour of bracelet kids want and tried to charge me for that. After explaining that we do not want a bracelet, instead we want a card only, we were informed that card is already charged. I asked to undo this action and charge me a correct amount. I explained that I do not want to be charged for bracelets and was told "Prices are all on our board, and if I needed glasses to see them, I should have been wearing them to see prices". Ali was not able to cancel the transaction and just left to get a manager. I waited 20 min for a manager Ron, explained him the situation and offensive language that his employee used and there was no apologies. All Ron said I will bring this to his attention.... Hope owner reads this...
GTA has limited places for kids entertainment which is why chuck e. Cheese is popular go to play area for the kids. Although I feel that they can introduce better games as the current ones are pretty old but undoubtedly it serves as an average fun place for family folks.
Good food and great arcade for smaller kids. Limited options for someone older than 10 though. Had pizzas and chicken wings which were decent.
The staff was very enthusiastic and went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. Been there many times with a very happy ending and memories. Sadly, my experience recently an isolated evet ,was that there were some customers, probably with a poor review posted and chip on their shoulder ,(were in another party) being unruly and uncooperative,, rude to the staff .i.e...like not providing orders in timely basis then blaming staff for poor service where the staff jbent over backwards to satisfy them, make them happy and rectify the situation. I guess misery likes company. Maybe this is a Covid thing.? I was recently at Service Ontario, where they actually had to put up a sign that they will not serve unruly or abusive customers. I hope Cuck E. Cheese puts up a sign like that to remind adults how to behave and manage their expectations.. I know we are in difficult times, however, we need to mind our manners.
