Worst chipotle service period. I paid $16 for a bowl and had to literally repeat to add some quantity of beans. I was charged extra for guacamole which I never got. The taste was a complete mess. This comment came after my exact same 2nd experience. Go for Villa Madina instead, amazing service.
It's a shame to see your chain falling into the cracks of food quantity standards. Today I bought my burrito as usual and since I love your sides I ordered Tortilla chips and Guacamole. Burrito was prepared and served as I liked but, when it came to the chips and Guac it was desapointing . Chips were not seasoned and they look as if they were reheated way too many times .....your Guac doesn't taste as it should ...with flavour of jalapeno poppers and onions and giving a hint of lime juice and Cilantro ......I love your restaurant since I know your company for a long time from the US ....hate to say it but, your Restaurant in Major Mackenzie and Jane is the leader of Food Quality for your company
This location just made me never come to chipotle again. My burrito is falling apart and they didn’t even ask me if I want it grilled. The girl didn’t even know how to wrap my burrito without making a mess.. this location was all teenagers who were too occupied with talking to each other instead of providing good customer service. They were using their phones in the kitchen which is a huge turn off in the food industry. I won’t be visiting again.
OVERPRICED FOOD. The portion sizes are absolutely horrible, we asked for fajita veggies and received what was left over at the bottom, all burnt scrapes. They skimp on beans and meat. We ordered 2 bowls with guac and 1 drink and the price came to $40?!?! Save your time and money and visit the location near Fortinos. Not worth it.
I used to go there a few years back, they still serve great food, have good service but the portion sizes have reduced significantly.
Food is delicious and the staff are pretty attentive and respectful, but the prices are way off. I bought a keto bowl which had a tiny scoop of meat, one spoon of sour cream, a little bit of salad and a spoonful of guacamole, all this came out to be $19.49, this is crazy! Some food items are way overpriced
I bought a meal with 3 choices, I got noodles and my little one said she needed rice. I asked for 1 tea spoon of rice for my child. They wanted me to buy rice as a $6 side dish which no one was going to eat. All I needed was a small tea spoon of rice, I didn't ask for a bowl or a big pan spoon of rice. They were OK to provide meat to taste but not a little bit of rice which is cheaper that the meat options. Teach you staff some common sense.
I’ve had chipotle bowls at multiple locations, but they made it way too spicy. We got 3 bowls, so that was almost $50 wasted. It was inedible.
worst! they are always busy as the location is in the vaughan mills mall and hence, they are super quick - no quality, taste, cleanliness, service and worth the price. overall, I have tried other locations like markham, shops at don mills, square one- this one is by far worst.
Very bad service!!Staff is just busy in their own gossips and laughing at customers, really dont like the food too.. the portion was soo small and there were no utensils found in the food bag that ai got from them!!Better to get your food from another place rather than ordering from here!!Poor service!
