I work in the plaza so I’ve been around from day 1. I never had any complaints until the great familiar faces I saw everyday slowly disappeared. Now the staff is all people that clearly don’t care about their jobs or don’t know what they’re doing. Most days I wouldn’t even be able to tell you who’s in charge. I understand being new and being slower or needing help. I’m not okay with people being there for months yet always ringing up orders wrong (if it’s cheaper I stopped pointing it out) having a line out the door and flirting with your friend over the glass for 5 minutes and not taking his order. Or checking your phone mid order. Or not hearing what people are asking for because you’re talking and laughing with the other employees. For a few years I’d give it a 5 easily but now it’s sitting at 3, and that’s only because so far the actual food has only disappointed me once or twice. Im curious if the owner changed because the hiring standards totally did
Don’t order from here on Ubereats. They are going to pack your bowl with only burnt pieces of chicken. Had to throw out two bowls today because 90% of the chicken was burnt so badly it wasn’t edible. What kind of workers are being employed here?
Good quality food,Semi friendly staff. Not rude but jit the friendliest people.Only issue is the food quantity is not consistent.Some times you get more and some times less.But the quality is good
Second time going to this location, I find it rather disgusting. Employees too busy on their phone, making out with each other, chatting with their friends, to even greet the customer. One girl making my bowls decided it was a good idea to lay her wet gloved hands in the place I will be eating my food out of. I kindly asked her to change the bowls unbeknownst to what she had done. Proceeds to fling rice, beans, and chicken in the bowl. These employees are not there to work but to chill with their buddy’s & is shown to patrons.
We went there 2 times recently. I enjoyed the food and service was good BUT both times all the tables were dirty, both times we were standing and trying to choose the cleanest one! I haven't seen something like this somewhere else ! Guys, PLEASE, clean the tables! Not only when your shift is over but after each customer! Thank you!!!
When your craving some Mexican like food and don't feel like cooking Chipotle the place to go, food is good, tasty but to the staff please don't rush your customers, don't just slap everything on my burrito or bowl give it a little love ?

Placed an order for a salad on ubereats and literally got a bowl with like 4 pieces of green. I cannot believe this bowl was $16 and all I got was a piece of lettuce. I was so shocked at how light the bowl was lol. I hope the team of this location isn’t cheaping out on all their uber customers lol. Avoid this location if you can lol. I’m Never visiting this location again.
Very quick friendly service. The food is always consistent and good. Steak was nice and tender and the ingredients were fresh
I came here yesterday and they said It’d be a 20 min wait for white rice. After waiting they said their rice cooker is broken. How does that even work? You just didn’t want to work and put out fresh white rice. Waste of time went over to wendys instead. This chipotle is the worst.
