Normally I order from this place through food delivery apps to my workplace or home, always ordering 4-7 drinks depending who wants chatime that day. So I came in twice on separate occasions after work to order 7 large bubble tea drinks. what I don't understand on 2 separate occassions is why the staff handling the cashier is very snarky and rude, like I'm coming to pay $53.00 for drinks and its always a big order not a measly single drink and customer service at this place is rude? idk, probaly better off going to TP Tea or Gongcha or something if this is how they always approach paying customers, like I can understand if I came at the cashier rudely or something but I haven't even done anything to the cashier
Visited this location on June 2 after prom. It was pretty late but the staff were insanely kind and welcoming, some even stayed a bit after closing to ensure our ride was coming (they honestly deserve a raise). Great quality drinks and also made very fast. It was a great experience, will definitely be coming back to this location again!
Sometimes a shop can become a victim of its own success. I think that accurately describes this Chatime location. It was among the first boba shops in the plaza beside Vaughan Mills. Its success probably spawned the plethora of other boba competitors in this plaza now. Marketing geography is quite fascinating.We used to go to our favoured pho place next door, and then drop by this Chatime for an overly sugary regular boba drink. There always seems to be a lineup from a loyal customer base. On this hot day, we tried their summer tropical trio: Mango Tango was a peachy mix with notes of green tea. Guava Lava & Grape Escape were akin to ordinary guava / grape juice. The "cherry on top" was a splash of dragon fruit bits that was barely noticeable.My last visit was disappointing. It took quite some convincing to accept my order over the phone. I hadn't experienced this for other boba or restaurants. Some more snarkiness ensued upon pickup, and I couldn't help but think training is lacking at this location. If their drinks only take 30s to make as I was told, don't think I'll bother next time.
One of the best bubble tea spots in my opinion. Always has great quality, several different flavours to try and good prices. I had the espresso signature milk tea and it was pretty good, but I know the handcrafted taro and a few others are really nice too. Great ambience, great quality, and generally open late. Would definitely recommend.
Fast quick, good quality, friendly and have a great memory of what their regular customer order even I wearing mask and pretty much order online and pass by for quick pickup. Thanks for create a great experience for me.
Absolutely delicious, unfortunately I come here so often that they call me pudding guy... Lol all in good nature of course. It's usually very busy but I'm practically addicted.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality control at this location is subpar. There was a hair in my drink and the staff there had a nasty attitude about it. Avoid this location, you’re better off taking your business to another chatime
Came here today around 7:30pm. I said Hi to the cashier (Asian, long blond hair with glasses) and I was ignored. When I placed my order, I had to repeat myself three times because she would rather goof/flirt with a male coworker and more interested in what he has to say than take my order.
Chatime Vaughan location has the best tea barista in all bubble tea location, Victoria does an amazing job recruiting this team. They are friendly, always smiling and remembers customers favourite drink! Shout out to Jessica for best customer service!
PLEASE be mindful to take your time to check an order before handing it off. I ordered 4 large milk tea with EXTRA pearl and was given these small skinny straws that the pearl clearly can’t go into ?
