I used to love comming here they have one of the best pizzas in the area! Until I went on Saturday night and what I saw Absolutely disgusted. Me and my partner got there and it was decently busy but full of pre teen kids. We ordered 2 pastas and ended up waiting close to fifty minutes for our meal. I could understand waiting but it was sad to see only 1 cook preparing the food while 3 teens were standing around gossiping and giving attitude to customers behind the counter and one guy was sitting around casually taking Uber eats orders on the Ipad. Not to mention all the cook was preparing for over 40 minutes was frenchfries for orders placed after us. After waiting 50 minutes for my ravioli I ended up getting food poisoning! And was throwing up the whole night. What saddens me even more was the lack of care for safety for other customers as we were waiting I counted roughly 25-30 kids not wearing a mask. Just hanging out in the shop before placing their orders and no one was bothering to check for proof of vaccines in the sitting area. On a positive note the only employees that looked like they were hardworking and getting stuff done were the pizza makers. Final verdict 10/10 would not recommend until they hire better or more staff
Great food with consistent taste, excellent variety. Always have a pleasant experience when dining in with family. Worth checking out!
Amazing pizza ,fresh, hot and tasty
16" large pizza was amazingly fresh, tasty and hot.
Went one Saturday night. The food was good. When I pointed out later that all 4 or 5 workers behind the counter were maskless during covid, the owner lied and claimed they all had masks, maybe they just dropped a bit while working. Nope - maskless.

Well the food used to be good .i ordered food to stay and eat in the resturant and i was going to order more but what i saw from the staff carelessness made me not want to order anymore for takeout. It seems like they have a high turnover of staff. I hadn't been there in a while and its again different staff then before. There used to be a nice lady at the register who had good customer service, i guess no longer there. I went just a couple of days ago and it was all new people working all dudes and they were not wearing they're masks properly. one of them had it off and the other two had it below there chin. I watched as the person who was preparing the food and the perosn who was making the pizza touching there masks and then continuing on to prepare the food without washing hands or anything and also no gloves. the one who was handling the money his masks wasnt even on properly and he was not washing his hands after handling money. We are still in a pandemic and protocols aren't being followed for the safety of guests. among the food i ordered the poutine the cheese wasn't even melted properly and also cold. Would never patronize again and i had been patronizing for a long time.

Will never ever step foot near them ever again !!!! Sadly I had one to many meals there . They have a lot to learn regarding customer service !!!!
