I was away from home and was hungry. I decided to try this Burger King. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up for the service and recommended for families.
I visited this place about 10 times during last half an year.In most of the cases the service was quick, up until today, when I'm still waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes as I'm writing these lines. Seems like the stuff priorities drive in vehicles instead of the customers in the branch. And yes, after those long 20 minutes, as we're waiting in the branch, the salesperson asked us whether we're waiting for our order.To add to the above - the floor is very sticky and the toilet is clogged (for half an year(!!!) now).This is the reason for 1 star review.
Stopped by here after going to wunderland. Order 3 whopper combos to eat in. Staff quickly took the order which is great. But after that the nightmare began as I waited for 10mins for my order. I watch the staff do several whoppers and deliver them to the drive-through instead of in serving in order. Only after loudly asking for my order did they hand it to me. Seriously do not come. I won’t be stopping here again.
I just ordered from a summer special , Whopper and poutine 6.99 coupon code 9424 ,I swear they put 50 salt packets in the poutine on purpose,Why ? I had a heart attack two years ago, this could have killed me,but I discarded it,will never come here ever again, and Im going to have the sodium levels tested, might have a law suit here.
Usually, I would give them 3 or 4 stars, but today was just disappointing. Ordered a whopper meal and a veggie burger meal. On my receipt, I was charged accordingly, but when we battled through traffic to get home, we found a whopper and chicken burger in our bag. It was not busy at the time and it was around 2:30 or 3 PM. It's not the first time my order gets messed up here. Don't think I'll go there again.
Friendly stuff, and burger s actually super fresh for a fast food chain. It s been a while since I had crunchy lettuce from a fast-food burgers.

Order on uber eats and literally 10 minutes before my food was supposed to arrive they canceled my order!! Who does that?! Horrible customer service!!!!Where's the management or is it just a bunch of kids running the place.Will never return to this location. If I could give 0 starts I would.
What can I say, its Burger King. You get what you pay for. Drive through is oddly slow some days, some days it is quick.You go on Wednesday, you can get a whopper meal for $7.29 all in. Not a bad deal. They charged me $0.20 for a cup of water which is a first... Not sure if this is common protocol, but has never happened before.
This is the best Burger King meal I've had in years. Tables could have used a wipe down, but we did find a clean one. Food was excellent. Service was quick and friendly. Bathroom needs towels or a working dryer. High rating for finally filling that Burger King craving.
