A huge shoutout to Brian, thanks for making our visit a memorable one. He was the only bartender serving yet he was attentive, never took to long to refill us another cold one. The wings were good, Appy Hour Menu is nice, and their hottest sauce is pretty kickass! Perfect place to watch sports and catch up with friends.
I finished dinner about an hour ago and I’m not coming back. The service was abysmal! When walking in we were nicely greeted. Once we sat down we were shocked by our server. Came to the table, no introduction no hello. Put the plates abruptly on the table and then tossing the stand holding the menus from the front of the table to the back. When we were ready to order she never looked up, looking straight at her pen pad. When we were done ordering the mains we asked to also have the pickles but split between 2 of us instead of the 3. She seemed very annoyed and frustrated that we asked that. She brought us our drinks. Another server brought out our food from the kitchen. We did not see her until nearing the end of the meal. For a good 10 minutes after we were done we were waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge us for us to pay. We walk up to one of the servers asking for the bill. Finally our server brings the bill, she bring the machine and we all individually pay, I believe she noticed that we did not tip. (Tipping is not supposed to be expected from servers and should not change your service). After my friends got up to the table she came back abruptly and slightly pushed my friend out of the way starting to clear the table while I was still on my way out of the booth. She mumbles something, not too sure what, but I don’t believe it was positive. This was honestly the most disgusting service I have ever gotten and should have gone with my gut feeling and left as soon as she put those plates down. Never recommending again, food use to be great but without good service it’s not worth the money.
Fantastic! Service was friendly and quickFood was 10/10 hot fresh and delicious, not a long wait. The manager was amazing and they have a claw machine!Would recommend this location 100% and will definitely be back!
Service took a while when we came in as they were having a staff changeover meeting. Would've been nice to have been acknowledged and explained why we were waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes, we almost left because people looked at us several times but said absolutely nothing. We felt ignored. After that though all was good, service was polite and friendly, food was delicious, and everything was overall a great dine in experience.
Going on Tuesday when it's BOGO is honestly a great idea. Wings were flavourful, but they skimped out on the fries a bit. For the price I paid I don't have much to complain about, will definitely be back
Great place to watch spots and grab a drink. We had a few drinks with friends and just had a great time, and the people were very friendly.
The service manager working is very rude and condescending. I had called and asked if the lunch special was still on and she said yes. I get there and wait for about 5-7 minutes with no acknowledgment, they walked past while I was on the phone. After hanging up I had to call the restaurant and say I was waiting for my order. She came and said she walked by when I was on the phone and she has no cashier and that if I was looking for a job very rudely. I finally got my order and realized that they forgot the fries. I went back in and she said that lunch specials finish at 2 and that I actually got a better deal and just stared at me like I made the mistake that she did. I own a banquet hall and to be asked so rudely if I wanted to work for them was demeaning. As I walked out I said I hope they find staff, but after dealing with her I can see why they have issues finding workers.
Other then there being a weird slaw on my burger that given the choice I wouldn't have asked for, and subsequently took off, and the packaging not doing much for heat retention, this place killed it.Food was freakin great I enjoyed every bite, and that apple crisp thing you offered for dessert, crazy good!You won't regret the trip here, Kudos to the team
My experience tonight was perfect. The wings ALWAYS hit the spot when I come here. Waitresses were very pleasant. Food came in timely fashion, flavours awesome. Tables are well spaced. Can't ask for more from a wing place.
I have reviewed this restaurant earlier this year with a 5-star rating. After three more visits, and receiving terrific service from a variety of servers, I felt obligated to post another 5 star. The friendly, efficient staff make this a great place to watch the game.
