I have ordered Edible Image Cake. Even Less then 18 hours they are ready to take my order . They made my son birthday. Best ever quality of edible print along with best cake!! Love this location as they care about customer !!
It's a Baskin Robbins I always get a sundae or lawyered sundae I asked for a cheery on top. She said no it's not included $12 ice cream come on
The new grilled peaches and creme flavour is off the wall fantastic, and Jamocha Almond Fudge is a classic. Wonderful location, very nice staff, I will be back soon!
Now after reading the reviews regarding stinginess and customer service, I can now understand. I’ve been going here for over 11yrs spending >$20 each time because my wife and kids love ice cream. My 3yr old daughter made the mistake of picking the wrong ice cream and I asked if there was anything they could do. Unfortunately the owner was not willing to make any concessions albeit my bill was already $20. Sure my daughter made a mistake but as a small business owner myself, it’s important to maintain a happy local customer base. Conversely if a second chance was given, this review would easily have been 5 stars. I will not be going back here, there are other Baskin Robbins and alternatives in the Vellore Village area and surrounding area. It’s just too bad a wrong decision for $4 was made that resulted in losing a 11yr long customer and years of what would have been guaranteed revenue.I conclude this review with no interest of providing my contact info to try and make this right, we are quite disappointed and firm on our stance to bring our business elsewhere.
Amazing customer service experience. Staff members (Kashyap and Urmi) are really helpful, polite and friendly. It was late night and we were able to get father's day ice-cream cake just before the closing hours. Everyone enjoyed ice-cream cake very much...!!!!
First time I visited this location today and the staff was very helpful. Especially Ayla( I might be spelling it wrong) was knowledgeable and assisted me with the Halal flavours available in their store. Clean and welcoming place. I will be coming back.
I am delighted to be visiting this location. It was my first time trying Baskin Robbins, and it turned out to be fantastic. I must say that I enjoyed the variety of flavours. I'd like to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service provided here. Zarna, one of their wonderful employees, served me. She was very polite and guided me in selecting the flavour, which turned out to be amazing in the end. I am grateful for this wonderful service.
Excellent customer service . Scoop size is bigger than other baskin location. I would love to come again and again to this location
I just visited this location and I wouldn’t recommend honestly. It’s probably the stingiest Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Huge Baskin Robbins fan but this place is definitely not worth the price. My family member got a three scoop sundae and it didn’t even fit properly into the cup, literally could’ve fit into the double scoop cup. Not only that but the service of the workers was astonishing. So incredibly rude. Definitely never visiting again.
Great customer service. Portion and quality of ice cream is perfect. Employee Falguni is providing great service. You can make choice of your favourite flavours scoops of ice cream topped with your choice of wet topping, nuts, and a cherry.
