This store people are cheater, ?, they knowingly and intensionally charged me for meat, in my veggie burrito order. Reason I am saying knowingly and intensionally is because I asked them to remove meat charges from the payment amount as I don't have any meat in my order, and they refused to do so, and told me like this is how they charge for burrito, I was like seriously?? Are you crazy??? I am eating same thing at barBurritos since years from now, and I have never paid extra money for meat in my veggie burrito order and where you came from???Just for few extra bucks they did this to me, I would be more than happy to give even more than that in tip but they don't deserve the tip as well as my future visits to their store.I will definitely not recommend this particular barBurrito place to anyone, instead I would say, it will be worth to drive little more and go to another barBurrito store.
Horrible customer service. I went in to order a chicken quesadilla for my toddler and asked to add beans to it. The girls at the counter refused multiple times to add beans. Their reasoning was “we don’t do it” and if I wanted beans I would have to order the bean and cheese quesadilla. I explained I order this exact thing at the Bathurst and Rutherford location without issue. They told me if I had a complaint to write a review and wouldn’t disclose their mangers/owners email address. Both girls were working on Friday evening May 20, 2020. In disbelief over beans!!!
Very cheap and stingy owners. If they don't change their ways their going to shut down soon due to a lack of business.
Worst burrito i have ever visited. I just took veggie bowl for which they charge me $16 and in other burritos it get charged $9. For extra veggie they charge extra while according to burrito policy it doesn't get charge extra. I would never suggest anyone to visit this location.
Taste- OKValue- Pretty pretty, pretty LowGot a chicken bowl with salsa, guac, all the toppings…fries supreme and churros….I mean… Churro.No salsa was there… bowl was more Half-a-bowl, guac which u pay extra for is not detectable but I think I found some, tasted none though..should really be more of everything. Like, double.Churro was really the final “straw”… lol … dry and kinda tasted like their frying oil …dirty frying oil.Not recommended. Pic is before any was eaten… after my search for salsa and guac.
The employees kicked me out because I did not have a face mask but instead covering my face with my shirt which is just as effective. Barburrito should provide masks, i dropped my mask cycling to the restaurant and they kicked me out in such a rude manner. I will not be visiting this location again, worst customer service I have ever received.

This is my first time trying barburrito.. Honestly the three stars are because the food was good but not the best. The workers looked like they were depressed working and looked like they were pressured to serve me… Also I asked for california style bowl… looks like I am missing cheese sauce on my bowl, unless the pictures on the website are not what they are supposed to be?♀️
