Fast service.run by women. I am guessing the burger is already precooked ahead of time
Very competent staff. I've ordered from this location numerous times and they have never made an error. Food is always very tasty and fresh.
Working in area been there multiple times order is never right..Cheese pls No onion Xtra picklesToday I got onion on one and no cheese on either. Even after paying.it's sad cuz a and w everywhere else is good. Too bad this location can't get it together
Was charged extra for sauce (gave the wrong one), charged for extra cheese(put no cheese), asked for extra onions and ketchup (put neither). All this at 2am under no pressure. Wouldn’t be crazy to say they’d serve raw food because they’re too lazy to cook it through. Sad excuse for a restaurant.
The best ever burger is super delicious. Warm and cooked to perfection. Management team is professional and caring of their costumers.
I purchased two combos to go, I get home wrong order. I drive back advise of it and offers me an exchange of chicken burger and not the combo. I said my fries are now cold. Manager would not budge, I asked for the owner, he called the owner over the phone, Owner would not see my point.I drove off and told him to keep his burger as they probably need the money more than I needed to eat.Unreal.... the level of professionalism, I thought they take a course on customer service, I guess not. Never again, I'll stick to MC Donald's, never an issue nor do they ever ask me 20 questions when I say, hey you forgot my pickles. They do not answer with sir you did not order pickles like A&W manager said.I would never eat a burger without pickles!!! no thanks, I'll pass, especially when I am paying for it.
I still can't believe that the restroom is out of service they told me that they're waiting for parts how can you allow a restaurant to operate with eat-in dining and not have any restrooms very disappointed cannot even wash my hands
If you want a hamburger from fast food chains,then they are the best ,and it's clean to sit there too .More staff would be great.
Staff are RUDE and DISHONEST and LAZY!Ordered coffee at 9.20pm, was told no more coffee.Then was told that they will brew a new pot if I can wait.I said, yes and went to get my phone charger from my car, came back and coffee was ready.I made a comment , that was fast , and took my coffee and drove off.Released later that the coffee was luck warm, was given coffee that was still in the old pot.I have stopped here in the past to get a coffee and was told told that they do not serve coffee after 9.00pm , even though the web site says they are open 24 hours.A&W Head Office needs to look into this location immediately and fire all the staff and get and train all the new staff !!
