How in the heck do you send out a mozza burger combo WITHOUT the burger, and the drink? Absolutely useless fire your staff and management they’re trash

I am a regular customer! I come to this location mostly in store but at times in drive thru every other day between 12 midnight and 3:30am and Im always faced with the same two familiar and kind faces.I’m not sure the man’s name but Hes there all the time and always see him in the kitchen making food or cleaning the area. He’s very hard working and always serves me great, fresh food! And the lady is amazing! She’s always running around, taking care of customers, gathering supplies or cleaning. I don’t know how she manages to not go insane with the headset constantly on her head while managing rowdy customers inside as well but she always does so! She always memorizes my order and even if she’s had a long night she always takes time to greet and serve me kindly!These two make a great team and are always busy but always manage to get things done even when dealing with customers that don’t realize the hard work they do! A lot of customer service jobs needs workers like these two! They are the best :)
I was blown away with the taste and freshness of the burgers in that location. It was mouth watering from end to finish.... Well Done!!!!
The worst location I got hired in this locationThey stopped calling me because I said to manger the Frying oil was old and dirty and u still giving food for people with this oil u should change itHe didn’t like what I said and he can’t complain me to the owner And made me troublemaker I said that the oil was Old because I have five years experience at restaurants in cashers I wish the head office of this company they read my comment and they do something with themThanks…
Never served good at night time.Waited 15-20 in drive thru just to get one sandwich. Lady was rude.
(Best breakfast) changing my review from 5. The quality is inconsistent and I believe is slowly declining unfortunately. It was better quality than McDonalds but idk anymore. I get cold burgers, burnt food now sadly.
The food quality is one of the best in the area for fast food. However accuracy wise, f50% of the time they'll get your drink order wrong.
It's inside the gas station very little seating area and seems they rather not serve you. Reluctant to walk to you and take you order and last tune I was there it was cash only.
Burger was good but the customer service was very bad. I didn’t even get the receipt of my order. Person who was taking my order had so much of attitude and he just put my receipt into the garbage without asking me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order date was 12 of January 2022 and time was between 7:30 to 8:00 pm
