LOVE this place! Lovely staff, they'll all joke around with you and they seem to be happy at work, which in my book automatically makes the food tastier. The kebabs, shawarma and falafel are all super flavourful, and the portions are generous for the pricing. Special mention to how much flavour is packed into the rice, I could eat just that on its own.I'd dock maybe half a star just because the baba ghanoush was a bit too tart for me, but everything else is nearly perfect.
Loved the chicken shawarma platter and the king kebab platter. The chicken and kebabs were soft and tasty even the rice and fries tasted great! The servers are really nice as well, would definitely recommend.
This place is just AMAZING!Today I tried ZAAD KABAB PLATTER,it’s their special item made with lemon & chicken, and it’s smokey flavour tastes perfect.Customer service skills are SO GOOD, you can see the passion in the staff while they are working, you will enjoy the energy while dining. (Its hard to see such things - that someone is really enjoying what they are doing)Their luscious menu will definitely make you come here again!

Ordered the Shawarma platter at late night online while there were not other options nearby. No complaints considering and price and portion. Chicken was cool but vegetables were old. A good place to go to get some food.
On April 30, we placed a large order with Zaad. Not only did our food taste generally disappointing, we were missing our Hummus, and worst of all, some of the Shish Tawook was entirely raw in the middle (see pictured), which to our dismay, we only discovered after one of my friend’s kids ingested some.Since I will typically reach out to a restaurant before I leave a bad review, I submitted my detailed feedback through Zaad’s online contact form the week this happened. To my disappointment, no one bothered to reach out and try to rectify the situation which speaks volumes about a restaurant’s interest in producing a positive customer experience.Would absolutely not recommend.
I ordered two platter (one chicken and one beef shawarma).Their portions are really good. However, the sauce takes away any taste. If you actually taste the meat on its own, it’s very dry and poorly seasoned. Another bad experience I had, I ordered the beef with no hot sauce. I returned it, instead of replacing the plate. They took the meat out that has the sauce and added a new one. However, you can still tell it has hot sauce.This is not authentic shawarma. This more like “osmos” where they add too much sauce to hide the taste of the actual shawarma.
Generous portion delicious authentic shawarma plates. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended for middle eastern food lovers. Fresh ingredients.
3 weeks and still no response from the restaurant - the email provided does not work and no one replies on social media or their webform-Worst experience and customer service. We ordered via Uber eats and received only half our order. The desert and pita bread were missing completely but we were still charged full price; restaurant doesn't pickup Their phone. sauces were missing and for the shawarma the sauces were all mixed so we couldn't eat it as we specifically asked for all sauces on the side. Food was cold when it arrived; we really wanted to like this place and even sent the restaurant a message without ever getting a reply. Uber refuses to refund the money as they say this is a restaurant issue . We'd like to resolve this and get our money back as we're paying for something that was never delivered. Very disappointed at this whole experience.Edit - we tried to contact the email u provided but all emails are bouncing back
