Food are very plain, small parking lot at the back of the building.Not my style food.Feels like chines fast food.Serve in the responsible contains even dining in.2nd floor has seating area .Sorry , I don't go back.
Ordered a few rice noodle rolls and an order or congee. All items were freshly made and had a very authentic taste. Recommended to try as the Yonge-Sheppard area does not have many congee or Cantonese-style restaurants serving this.Note that there is limited parking and the closest lot is paid parking. Best to park on the side streets nearby where available or come in by transit as it’s close to the station.
Very impressed by the prices, portion sizes and the quality served here. As a pescatarian, I enjoyed my feast here with the huge selection of seafood items that were very reasonably priced, that were all below $10 for a big portion of the dish.Staff here were friendly, prompt and attentive to us and a big bonus is their operating hours till midnight. I can already see myself as a repeat patron of this restaurant.

Totally different experience when ordering pick up vs delivery. Did a pick up today and the food was much better. Busy location, ingredients tasted fresh.
My fave place to get chang fen just got better! First, this location has a nice and spacious second floor which is quite.peaceful (very different than the Warden location). Secondly, they now have new menus - there is a shrimp and black truffle chang fen that is simply ridiculpusly good at VERY reasonable prices. Must visit!

Great place for take out but not dine in. The food is amazing but there are no in-house services. Great place to try new food and new experiences. But you have to wait a very long time. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food and the kids was not happy with it. The washroom is pretty inconvenient to go. Recommended for take out
