After living around this store for 14 years, I finally decided to give them a try. Sorry to say, I won't be going back there. The fries are pricey and taste cheap and tasteless. I can make home-made fries much better than theirs. Wings themselves are good and of value, but as for the sauce, I'll pass any day. The medium spicy sauce has a gentle burn but no flavour whatsoever. Our second order had honey bbq. From my wife's feedback, she commented the sauce tasted like watered down honey with no BBQ flavour.Save your money and go to a proper wing store.
Got 'Markham special' today and don't believe I got fresh wings (I know this because I have Markham special from here all the time). On calling the owner and reporting it, he had the audacity to argue and add that it was our taste and not his food that was different.Now, my intention of calling him was not to get free food next time or make him feel worse about his food, no. My intention was to give the right feedback so they are aware if the food is stale/rotten and take the right steps to serve fresh food if that was the case.Before he claims this never happened, let me just add that I have a recording of our conversation.Hope this helps all who decide to have food here.
Where do I begin. First of all we called over 10 times over the course of one hour and no one picked up. When we arrived, the employee advised us that they don’t answer the phone if the manager is not in. Secondly we came in to order a combo special that included wings, fries and a salad however they didn’t have the ingredients for salads at the time so they offered us fries instead even though fries were half the price of the salad and we already got one with the combo. There was another customer in there waiting who had mentioned that whenever she gets the special and something is missing they let her pick something else off the menu and if there’s a price difference she pays it so that’s what we tried. We asked if there was anything else that we could get and we would pay the difference and the employee called the manager and the manager asked to speak with us and when my husband took the phone the manager said fries were the only option and when we asked why he said that’s just how it is you cannot get anything else even though it was their fault for offering something they do not have. He didn’t care and didn’t try to work something out with us so we took our business elsewhere. The customer service was horrible and just the fact that the phone was ringing the whole time we were there and no one would pick it up was a little concerning. It’s really disappointing because we used to love this place and have ordered from here many many times but the customer service is horrible now and the worst part is we weren’t the only ones who ended up walking out today. Never again !
Flavours were really good but the wing itself was a bit over cooked. Good enough to give it another shot
The wings are amazing. One of the flavours was extremely spicy but they were so good we couldn’t stop eating them.
Been going there a few years and never had problems with any food .What you order is what you get.Our favourite Wing Place .We try different wings each time and never have been disappointed.
The shop closes @11pm and I walked in to the shop for wings @10:30 the staff said the shop is closed. Poor customer service. I don’t usually give 1 star but your staff made me do it!
Favorite wings spot. I don't even live in Scarborough anymore but them I pass through I stop in for the wing special .. they have me hooked on Jafna fries. Poor drink selections however .
Markham special wings with french fries.. the ultimate food ever eaten.. must must try.. don't forget to adjust the spice level as per your preference.. they can literally put fire in your mouth .. loved it..
Horrible service and horrible food. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!!!I think just this particular location serves horrible unhygienic food and to top it off horrible customer service.The guy at the counter don’t give you any attention while taking order, me and my friend ordered 2 different items with one of them a combo.We got two same items and missed the fries. The wings were horrible.But I had their Markham special with devils ranch from Milner Branch and it was finger licking good.
