my spouse experienced and documented very harmful air born pollutants in the underground parking .The floors have NEVER been power washed ---just look with your eyes. That black sod on the floors get air lifted when the cars move. The tree leaves that have blown in 4 years ago have long decomposed into dust and mixed with oil tire rubber and salt dust create nice cocktail for your lungs when you drive in. A fan helps to circulate that in the air--put high beam on in your car to clearly see that . If you have any lung issues stay away from Wholefood
Poor quality store. In a single trip I managed to purchase expired: coconut, roast beef slices, turkey slices, pepperoni slices. I shouldn't have to scan for expiry dates when shopping at a whole foods store.
Spacious, good selection of meat and vegetables, not really that more expensive compared to Loblaws or Longos, but the jump in quality is pretty huge. This place carries candles, makeup & skincare and also cutlery + lunchboxes/thermos flasks.
If you're in here it's a must to try the wok box they cook. You grab a bowl and fill the the ingredients as you please (tons to choose from) and they cook it in a wok for you. Tastes great.
They have a good selection of bird friendly coffee
Lots of selection to choose from. Great variety of vegan and vegetarian options. Wish they had more no sugar/low sugar products.
I stop by Whole Foods once or twice a week at at 11 am to pick up lunch. Some days, three cashiers will be open. Some days, one cashier will be open, and six people will be standing in line, so I have to put down my food and leave. (Yes, in a perfect world I would get up ten minutes earlier so I could wait in line, but you're not perfect either. FY.). I love the soups, but wish they could offer more than chicken, mushroom and matzo ball. Beef barley maybe? Washrooms are very clean.
Large store. Was expecting a lot more choices for lunch. Lots of good grocery items available. High quality, but you pay for it..
I'm shocked that store management is at this level. I've been purchased molds in cakes, rotten milk and berries for a long time here, but this is really serious. I'm really tired of poor quality stores.
I bought 2 mini pecan tarts on Nov 9th and they had tons of SALT! Impossible to eat. So, be careful with this section of pastry. Sounds like there are not quality control, not at all
