The service is always courteous and efficient. Surprising for such a busy place. They turn over quite a variety of sandwiches and lite meals as you wait to pay at the end of the service line. A great system. Quality food prepared in a well kept and clean environment. The name, What A Bagel suggests that you are pretty much guaranteed a lovely fresh, warm bagel.Warm and fresh perhaps, but these are not good bagels based on my experience with bagels. They are much more like bread rolls into which someone stuck their finger to create a hole. Not Montreal style. Not New York style.I've eaten a hundred bagel sandwiches from this place and although the sandwiches are tasty, these are not bagels. Not really.

Fantastic quality food! A busy place, but that is to be expected when it is so tasty

Believe me when I say this... I never call in and complain at restaurants/shops because I understand how stressful it is being a service worker and I don’t want to make anyones job harder. But my boyfriend and I ordered through Uber eats and we both agreed that the bagel smelt very weird and we couldn’t finish it. I called in to let them know, because I wanted to figure out why it smelt weird...The host was fine, but the manager I spoke to was kind of rude. He asked me to describe the smell and to be more “specific” but I didn’t know how to describe the smell... other than the fact it smelt like a dirty air dried towel? lol. He then came off very passive aggressive. It felt like he was making jabs towards my name (which he pronounced incorrectly anyway.) about how it’s “a name he definitely won’t forget” ... to me it seemed like he was passively making fun of it.He did say somewhere during the call that he appreciates customers like me that leave feedback. But he also seemed a little annoyed and passive aggressive over the phone. I honestly couldn’t tell...Like I said, his remarks towards my name were very unnecessary. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or if he’s actually just rude lol.Otherwise, the flavour of the bagel was honestly mediocre, I just couldn’t get past the pungent smell. It might be the parchment paper they use.

Ordered cream cheese bagels, breakfast bagels, and iced coffee. Everything was 10/10. Tasted great and very fresh.

I visited your facility and ordered a "sandwich" which I thought included the bread. Sandwich means - bread included. I noticed I was charged an extra $2.00 for the bread. This angered me very much. Very sad but I will not be visiting What A Bagel again. Using COVID19 as an EXCUSE is not warranted \ justify !!!!DictionaryDefinitions from Oxford Languagessand·wich/ˈsanˌ(d)wiCH/An item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with meat, cheese, or other filling between them."a Tuna, egg, salmon sandwich"

Honestly, the best bagels, bourekas, hot plates and salads in Toronto! The people are WAB are good community-oriented people!

Everytime I order through Uber the coffee that I payed for is never delivered. Not sure if they can't read the orders correctly but this is very unprofessional and annoying. Basically being robbed. They should take coffee off their menu if they have an issue serving it through delivery.

Just dropping by here to review the 1L Chicken Noodle Soup jar I picked up from What a Bagel a couple of days ago. Not only did this soup have no flavour, it also had NO CHICKEN. It genuinely looked like a 6 year old made it. Only giving them 2 stars because the bagels are good.

Great tasting bagels. A bit pricy, but worth it considering the portion size. Has baked goods, but they're mostly just store bought things you can find anywhere. Go for the bagels.

The store has pickup and patio service. They have good specialty coffees (Illy Coffee), bagels, some breads, bagels based sandwiches, pastries, deserts and cookies.Prices are reasonable, since this is a busy location, their products are fresh. The bagels are made in-house so many times, you get them oven-fresh.
