Front of house service was great and friendly. We got there 10 mins early but we got seated 10 mins late but we overlooked that because the friendly demeanor of the staff.The vibe was great, a lot of stuff happening. Music is way to loud for me, the hostess couldn't even hear what we were saying 30% of the time.We were a big party, but our food came late. They gave us bread and this nice chili oil on the house which was niceThe hostess increased the bill size using water which was a bummer. She didn't even mention that we could get tap water and made it seem there was only bottled water. Turns out the bottle was 6-9 dollars each.she also had a hint of an antitude which I did not appreciate.Food was okay, but not worth the price. The teramisu was my favorite part but even then I wouldn't care to have it again.
Carbonara is extremely salty. Pizza is not good. They totally forgot 5 of us sitting there for an hour waiting for our dishes. Other guests from other tables came after us already finished their dishes. Totally a failure of a service. Don’t come to this place
It took 1 hour and 40 minutes from being seated to getting our food. 20 minutes in we had to flag the hostess as it was clear no server was coming to our table. The staff made no attempt to explain the long wait time until asked and by the time we got our food it was clearly rushed and poorly prepared.We ordered the fettucine vagabondo and the fettucine alla salmone. Both pastas were overcooked and mushy. The fettucine alla salmone somehow had several lumps of undercooked pasta (see photo). The smoked salmon was over salted as well as was overcooked. The sauces were watery. The chicken in the fettucine vagabondo was very dry. We also ordered the bianca pizza, which was under-sauced and had a very hard crust.Given the positive reviews, we were very disappointed with our experience. It seems that their kitchen can't always handle full seating and we were not the only table on our half of the restaurant waiting unreasonably long.The ambience of the restaurant is nice and the portions are generous. It's just a shame that the overall management was so poor. I've never not paid for a meal but this was pushing it (both in service and quality).
Great service. From the moment we arrived, hostess desk gave us a warm welcome! Xiny, our server is fantastic and knowledgeable. We were taken care of with any of our request. Food is delicious. Pizza is phénoménal as well as their pasta's. Celebrated and they gave us a delicious tiramisu. If you"re looking for instagrammable place, this is the go. You should not miss taking photos in their washroom mirror!! This has become our new favourite!?

Was looking for a place to eat after the Jays game and came across this. Calamari was fantastic!! Fresh bread, chili oil and tiramisu were amazing as well. Pasta was a bit overcooked for my liking, even when I asked for Al dente.Will definitely return, service was excellent with Ashley!
Made a reservation here through google during lunch time and it wasn’t crowded at all.The waitress accommodated to my allergy request very nicely, and was very sweet!Food was also given very quickly, with options to add cheese and pepper to our liking. It was delicious! We were also given a takeout box + bag for our leftovers.My only complaint is that the sofa seating was a bit awkward, as the table was too close so I had to squeeze in & out, as well as it being too low to the table (I’m short haha)The restaurant itself was very clean, had a fancy feel.Other than that, I would definitely come again!
Delicious food and desserts! Fantastic service! And a Sicilian Kiss! Cheers. The only thing that could've been better was the burrata. It was cold (right out of the fridge), rather then at room temperature which is the best way to enjoy it. We had to pry it out rather than it oozing out. Even still everything was worth it! Thanks for a great experience!
I was really excited to try this restaurant after reading the wonderful reviews. It did not disappoint! We had gnocchi pesto and a margherita pizza followed by a surprisingly massive tiramisu. All were delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
