This turtle jacks is attached to a Double Tree hotel, unfortunately breakfast was not included in our stay so when we got into the restaurant they gave us a menu and said we count use the breakfast buffet. For a standard hotel breakfast it was $50 bucks for two people! I found that insane, the eggs were under cooked by a long shot, the staff was friendly but very slow and it wasn't busy, we waited a pretty ridiculous amount of time for our bill which I ended up having to ask for twice, I understand that wait staff is busy but we made it pretty obvious we were ready to leave. I don't like to complain about places and typically leave good reviews but we definitely won't be back.

Good place to have a bite to eat close to Pearson International Airport. The restaurant is clean and seems to be newly renovated. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices comparable to other similar establishments. Good selections of items to choose from, including vegetarian. Portions are generous and food is nicely presented. A nice surprise!

Amazing dinner service. Their quantity in the food is quite full. They have quite a range of drinks as well.Parking is a tad bit complicated, but their staff verifies the parking ticket so all good there.Overall, satisfied with their service. Would love to visit them again.

Within walking distance from Courtyard MArriott. Service was slow , but our meal was very good and reasonable price compared to all our other meals while in the city.

The 3 of us went for breakfast and half of what we ordered didn’t show up. What did was inedible. The waitress was not going to charge us but the manager told us we ate our food (which never arrived at our table) and charged us full price. $50 for a coffee, 2 apple juice and 1 egg. I’m shocked how the manger spoke to us. She was not friendly and can’t believe she charged us for what we got. Never going here ever again.

Food was barely edible. I’ve had the same meal in Port Carling and it was delicious. And our server was mainly unavailable.

The food was fantastic, loved the decor of the place. Friendly staff. No complaints at all.

We stayed at double tree and breakfast is at turtlejacks. One server, lady with curly hair, was kind of rude. I guess because we don't look like the typical customers that she's serving (white, pilots, etc). we forgot to tip her, we were tired and we just arrived from the airport. We came back the next day and she said I served you yesterday right told us that service fee is not included in the breakfast that we paid at the hotel. Gave her 20 dollars for prev day and 10 more for that day. She was nice to the others but she was rude to us the whole time. Food was basic lots of potatoes or maybe I just didn't have a good experience so I didn't enjoy the food, she was not friendly even to my kids we just arrived in canada. What a rude welcome

I had been looking forward to eating here for months. We had a great waitress. Unfortunately my food was cold. I immediately told the waitress my French fries were cold and she promptly gave us both fresh hot fries. My boyfriend's burger was good and it was hot. My fish tacos were also cold and she offered to remake them but I didn't want to wait and it tasted okay. She said she would speak to the manager to see if she could do anything about it to compensate. When the bill came we were charged the full price. The manager refused because the other ingredients in the taco (salsa etc.) were cold but she didn't believe the fish was cold too. I said that I had bitten the fish separately and it was cold. It was obvious that my food had been sitting there getting cold while they finished my boyfriend's burger. She did take $5. off the bill then. We were very surprised to be charged $8.50 for a bowl of soup though. So, overall I would say the food was tasty and the waitress was good but the managers attitude was poor. And the soup was overpriced.

We were staying at the Hilton Doubletree and had light clothing ready for our trip down south the next morning, so it made sense to eat here and not go outside. Excellent fish and chips, served super hot and a great waitress called Lynn. We really enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return if we overnight in Toronto again.
