The Mafalde ai Funghi was amazing! The cream sauce with four different types of mushroom is the best. Even you don’t like mushrooms you will still fall in love with this dish!! Risotto is also a must order!The 3rd floor patio is open and worth the waiting! They only take walk in. So make sure you come early to get on the stunning patio!
Good Italian style restaurant, with a nice outdoor patio, and large selection of drinks. It’s a great place for a date. The food is good, but not exceptional. The area around the restaurant is nice to take a walk after.

This restaurant kept popping up on the "best" lists for Italian in Toronto. On a whim, we decided to try it at 6pm on a Sunday night. Note to future guests, be sure to make a reservation considering they were already on a wait that early in the evening. They sat us on the patio, which weather permitting, I'd highly recommend. We ordered the homemade bread (focaccia and sourdough) as an appetizer and demolished it quickly as it was so good. I had the Mafalde ai Funghi, which is a made-from-scratch pasta tossed with 4 different mushrooms and a light cream sauce. Pasta was perfectly chewy and even though the sauce wasn't necessarily as light as advertised, it was still heavenly. My husband had the Risotto Nervosa, which was a short rib with a mushroom risotto. The beef was fork-tender and the mushroom sauce was just as good as mine. My son had the veal and beef lasagna, which he declared the best lasagna he's had in a long while. The cocktail menu is inventive with several original, and tasty, craft beverages. If we had more time in Toronto, we'd definitely be back.
