Service was good, attentive. Food was very good but you would think that they have been there for a few years now and they would have from the start or improved the quality of furniture in the restaurants as well as the cleanliness. It was d and looks dirty, even if it was clean because of the agents furniture and the upkeep. Too bad ...

Not a bad restaurant for Vietnamese cuisine, I have definitely had better. The flavors were there but the noodles and the beef rolls lacked the authentic taste and flavor. I would still recommend Toronto Pho, maybe for my next visit I'll try something different dish.

Friendly staff and quick service. They are generous with their ingredients and toppings. I ordered the Beef noodle soup with rare beef and tripe. The broth was tasty.

Love that their open late but it’s really overpriced! This is one of the most expensive bowls of pho I’ve had & the noodles are too thick!! They are different than what you would expect and not in a good way :(

the food is good. service is fast!

TLDR: Bad food, poor ordering system with phone asking for too much info and no confirmation, and staff who swear at you in Vietnamese with no follow up from complaints made on social and website. Even if it’s late, you’re better off going hungry. As a Canadian born Vietnamese I’ve been to quite a lot of pho places over my life and sadly this one not only has bad service but the food is sub par and you should not judge Vietnamese food by what is being sold here. I need to write this post as a warning to others about not only the sun par quality but the horrendous service. The worst part is this has been the second time I gave this place a chance and it was poor both times. Experience: To start off we came by this place later in the night and it was the only place open at the time. If you want to dine in you must order food through their web app. The app will take you name, phone and email. After taking all this info they fail to give you any confirmation of what you have ordered which in any restaurant(not only pho places) will repeat your order back to you. I bring this up because after we received our food I realized they gave me something that was different than what I thought I ordered. I went up to the counter to ask him to fix it, but he was with a customer who was ordering. Which was fine, I waited patiently as I saw he made eye contact with me. There was another girl working but looked like she was on break, and in Vietnamese she asked him if he needed help. He declined. After taking the order he continued to ignore me and made some slushie drink for the customer, then finally asked me what I needed. I explained this to the waiter and the younger man started giving me attitude saying that it was my fault. I told him just fix it. I went back to wait. This whole process of finding out I got the wrong order and him actually bringing it to me took over 30mins. At that point I told him I don’t want it anymore since my wife and our friend both finished their food and would have to wait for me to eat mine from the start. He grudgingly took the item off our bill only after I complained a second time after checking the bowl to see if I ate any( I didn’t touch it). After he got back to the counter I could hear him swear in. Vietnamese calling me a dog(“thằng chó”). Even though he knew we all spoke Vietnamese. Food: Just poorly made and low quality ingredients. This is coming from me, my wife, and two of my friends on two different occasions. And trust me, I’m rarely picky about food. Post service: As someone whose worked in customer service for years I know how important it is for customer feedback as it helps a business grow and learn from mistakes. I tried reaching out on multiple Facebook posts and messaging, their website contact form and calling and no one will get back to me about my experience.

Really enjoyed their seafood congee and shrimp wonton soup with egg noodles. You get a lot of food, so you won't go hungry, and delivery was pretty quick. Saw other Google reviews for the butter chicken wings, so tried them too. They're REALLY good. I could eat a ton of them drinking a cold beer alone. They're definitely some of the best wings around these parts, and they're not even a bar! Highly recommend trying them.

The price is on the hi-end for Pho meal. Excellent food, the broth is tasty. Nice packaging, but may be that's the reason of high price. Portion is bit small for me compare to the price.

Amazing place with amazing packaging and alongside an amazing interior full of wall art!The murals on the wall are just so awesome to look at! From the pictures all over IG, it’s just not the same until you see the art itself in person! The food was amazing and I had the grilled beef vermicelli with spring roll. The noodles itself were so nicely done with the perfect amount of bite to it, yet so soft and subconsciously knowing you’re still biting into a noodle.Had to also order the Thai milk tea with grass jelly and the drink was so nice! Very milky tasting while still having that very distinct and unexplainable Thai milk tea taste. And the colour was just so nice to look at!Service was very quick and the person helping me out was very patient. I already knew what I was going to eat and then she asked if that was it and I saw the drinks last minute and just had to get one!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics and more amazing content!

We were invited to try out some amazing dishes from Toronto pho restaurant , and we were definitely not disappointed! They recommended that we try out their pad thai, which I was honestly unsure about at first. This was my first time trying Pad Thai, so I honestly wasn’t too sure what to expect in terms of flavour. But I’m really glad that @torontophorestaurant reached out and suggested their dish, because they made me fall in love! My favourite was definitely the Shrimp and Chicken Pad Thai, the chicken was just so flavourful I couldn’t stop stuffing my face! - @mylilshenanigans
