One of the girls there would pore wrong drink orders in the sink , washes the cup and keeps it for other customers. She kept 2 cups and reused it while I was there. I told her I think it would be better if you can throw it out coz of covid and other germs she said no we are not allowed. Very wried.

The 2 ladies working at this location are wonderful and kind. The food is fresh and coffee hot! There are more items as well, croissants, muffins and more.
They have some fresh new doughnuts and ideas always!!!
The new vanilla puff with whipped cream on top is to die for. Y'all should give it a try you won't be disappointed
Normally when l order a large black coffee and because l use one hand to operate my wheelchair, Tims is very nice when l request a double cup to prevent my hand holding the hot coffee from burning. This was my first visit at this Tims in Humber Hospital and l forgot to mention it until after l paid for my order. Then when l mentioned l need a 'double cup', they insisted they make me pay another 30 cents. So l had to ring up a 30 cent charge.....and l thought that sounded like alot for a single cup. Hope you didn't make a profit, geez. Thanks for not just making it awkward but for not extending me a courtesy because YOUR CUPS ARE NOT HEAT PROOF TIMS! McDonald's and even Burger King cups are....but why wouldn't you make it simply part of your consideration towards customers who really need that extra protection! 30 cents that important?
(Basement location) Quick service and the staff is very nice. The supervisor on the other hand, not so much. She told me that they can not make an ice Capp with a shot of chocolate syrup, when I’ve been able to do so at many other locations without an issue. Didn’t need the attitude either. Not cool. ?
Very bad experience. There was a guy named Dhir he spoke very rudely to me. I was waiting for my order and he literally yelled at me that what was i waiting for. First give him proper training and teach him how to treat customers.
I disagreed cuz everytime I come the hospital I was supposed to be going downstairs to Tim Hortons cuz they don't have the stuff I need upstairs
