Supervisor who served me had a funny attitude. Service speed wasn't bad.

On July 13 around 10 pm there were 3 employees behind the counter and 1 employee at the back. I don't know for what reason they just didn't care if I'm there to order they just continued chatting. A couple of minutes later one employee finally decided to take my order. As expected she continued to take other customers' orders. I ordered just coffee. And walked to the right side of the counter. While waiting for my coffee, other customers took their orders and I was still waiting. After About waiting for 10 min, another employee asked me What I am waiting for? I told her I was waiting for my coffee and asked her why I can't get service? She replied she just started her shift, she didn't know( she was there when I was ordering ) and the employee who took my order came and said she was just distracted.I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent service.

Honestly the cleanliness leaves much to be desired... The washroom was very dirty and no soap(which we did tell to the staff about). Although the employees were friendly but not very fast

The cashier was rude and very slow. She gave poor customer service. She also appeared sullen and does not like her job.Even other employees, they have no clues about something called " customer service".I got poor customer service. I don't think I will visit this place again.

There was a lady I guess she was Asian maybe from china and she was way too rude with the customers Nd was doing sandwich bar. She made my bagel wrong and when I called them they said they will make it again but When I went there she didnt make it. They should know and should get trained how to be polite with the customers. Worst customer service ever seen at tims.

One of my favourite Tim Hortons. Sometimes busy at times . But staff very friendly and coffee and donuts are good

The manager was very helpful and welcoming. My only complaint with store that it's the smallest place l have ever been too. Also, it's a busy area and parking are is tight. It's the best place to be dropped off or picked up if you are a handicap person like l was. I didn't see a parking spot for handicap people. One thing I really liked that they seem to have more baked goods on display than the larger stores. It's disappointing when your favorite muffin or donut is not available ?.

On 22 June, we visited by 10:25, asked for thirst quencher or iced tea and the lady was working behind and answering from farther without even coming to the counter. No drink was available except iced cap.

Morning Staff is nice and fast to serve your order.

Honestly, the coffee is subpar and the "Harvest" sandwich is disappointing. I guess as a non-Canadian reviewing this place, either Tim Horton's lost the charm and touch that made it become world-renowned or it was over-hyped. If you're looking for a good Canadian coffee shop, you're better off going to a local non-chain place rather than Tim Horton's.
