Lack of skills in the fast food industry has caused the staff to make mistakes constantly without any shame in this restaurant.
The milk they put in coffee doesn't even taste good here.
The steeped tea program was screwed up...How does someone not properly enter :Large steeped tea2.5 sugars1.5 cream1.5 milkTo Me, that's not the hardest or even a complex order to both put in the system and actually put into the cup before giving it to the customer!!!
Disgusting dirty and slow. It's ridiculous it takes 15min to get a coffee and a donut when it's not busy. Staff moves like sloths. Tell you after you've ordered and paid that they out of stock. The place is also filthy. Seems even basic customer service is too much to ask for!!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could!!!!
Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. 3 workers on a Saturday morning!? Like is is 12 drop and it takes 20 to get your order.
June 21, 2022, time 9.44 p.m. Tim Hortons employs some uneducated employees in this branch , who do not know how to deal with customers. These two women who came to Canada from South Asia did not care about good behavior. While I was waiting in line, there were two women at the counter, probably Bangladeshis. When my time came the woman was busy with a white customer behind me instead of calling me, even though there was another woman at the counter next to her when there was no customer at her counter. Then the white customer showed his nice behavior and told the woman to serve your previous customer then serve him. Then the woman came to me. Perhaps this woman thought I was her countryman. That’s why she had to use her country style with me. When I asked why she did that? Before she could answer, the woman at the other counter said something that shocked me. "You stupid, you don't know, first order online" I stared in amazement for a while. Then she had to constantly abuse me
Worst service ever. 1 cashier, line up out the door, 4 standing talking. Never have products after 6 pm and it's 24 hrs store. Rude, dirty store.
This location is hands down the slowest, the one woman with glasses who says she is a manager is so rude, i takes different route to work now just so I can go to a different Tim Hortons. Management needs to come take a look at how this place is run because it shouldn’t take me 15 minutes to get a coffee when there are only 5 people in line.
Slowest tims in the city. Almost always has a line to the door. The staff have 0 situational awarness. Go to another tims this one is a waste of time.
