Worst location ever! Takes forever to get an order filled and it always turns out wrong. I won't be coming back to this location anymore.

Always fails to live up to it's standards. Slow service and bad food is a regular here.

Rude staff with no manners or know how on how to run a fast food restaurant. They're a complete disappointment.

Staff needs to be better trained at doing their jobs right, mainly due to the manager's fault for allowing this.

Literally just saw 2 guys clear a huge line of almost 12 people in 10-15 mins. Hats off to them! In addition they didn’t get a single order wrong! Great work

Egg wrap wasn't made properly. Staff who run the sandwich section don't know how to make it, and manager doesn't bother helping their skills either. Unreliable people run this place.

The contract implementation and effection of customer services is 0 out of 5. I was purposely mis-gendered and when I went to open my coffee lid on the counter the east-indian servers had caught an attitude with me due to the fact of my trans identity. Take a walk around the block to the other Tim Hortons for better customer service.

Are all Tim Hortons this awful? The cashier was rude and dismissive and only spoke to my boyfriend despite me paying. The other team members asked us three times rudely what we were waiting for but would turn and walk away as soon as we started to answer. When we finally got our food we told them we still needed a hot chocolate at which point the cashier aggressively told us we never ordered that (instead of a “oh I didn’t ring that up” or “I missed that”) really terrible service. Were rude to other customers while we were there so guess that’s common practice. Hot Drinks leaked all over our hands.

Gave wrong donuts and muffins and didn't check to see if it was okay or not. Got the wrong order and didn't tell us. We ordered a pumpkin spice muffin and got 2 blueberry muffins and we also ordered an apple fritter and got 2 honey crullers. IT IS GOOD WE WERENT ALLERGIC TO THE ITEMS WE RECEIVED OR WE WOULD BE IN BIG TROUBLE. IF YOU DONT HAVE WHAT THE CUSTOMER ORDERED YOU SHOULD CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASK IF THEY WANT SOMETHING RLSE OR IF THEY ARE ALLERGIC
