If this is up to standard, then I'm not ever ordering from Tim Hortons again!!! ? Plus this is the second time that I've come to this location with it's display like this.
I asked for a doble doble coffee but after I left the place I notice was not sugar on the coffee. It's so frustrating when you need a coffee and it was not served like I asked for. So disappointed about the service in this place. ?
they forgot the hashbrown on my farmers wrap for the third time in a row and there’s weird chunks in my passionfruit tea lemonade, and also had egg shell in my wrap
Awkward interaction here, was in the process of ordering it appeared someone that was in the restaurant prior entered the store. The cashier didn't excuse herself from taking my order and started asking what Tim Bits he wanted as she packed them up. Sure I get it he was likely in before me, after this she got up. Thinking she was going to come back to serve me... no I was wrong she went to the back of the shop grabbed cups and started putting them away as a line was building. She came back to me a couple minutes later and acted like she was taking my order already. As I waited for the drinks she continued putting cups away, I waited... my order was wrong.
Service is bad. I Always wrong orders . Should keep some well trained staff
May 2022 , Massive Change of staff . Best Manager ever IS GONE ! Service is at the lowest of lows . Been coming here since it opened when this was the Primrose Hotel . New Staff just DOES NOT CARE . SLOW SLOW SLOW. Faster to walk over to Yonge & College or the Kiosk in the RABBA on Jarvis south of Gerrard . FIX IT !!!R. Anderson .
Had coffee...black... It was hot as it should have been. Will be back for more at some point.
Update: Spoke to the original manager...really nice lady...even after days of what happened below and the pictures I showed her, she apologized and was willing to offer me a free ice cap. I told her it was ok because I wasnt looking for a freebee. I just wanted it brought to higher person's attention. This manager has known me for quite a few years. She said she'd speak to the newer manager. I knew they'd make it right. Thank you to that manager. :)) For that reason I will change my rating to 5 because she made the effort. I know customers are not always right, but when they know customer is right, they fix it.I always go to the Tim Hortons at Carlton and Jarvis Sts to order my usuals. Today I ordered a mocha icecap no whipped cream on top. You pay just over $4.00 for it. This is what I got once the liquid settled before drinking any of it. Since the liquid is swirled before they give it to you, it hasnt had time to settle. I told the manager that it looked pretty pitiful of a drink and whenever I order this drink its always at least up to the rim. She argued with me and insisted it was the right level. I'm a loyal customer who lives across the street. This is what customer loyalty means to this location? Neighbours who have had issues with this location need to speak up and speak to the owners (who I know try to make it right). This is a new manager and I guess she's trying make herself look impressive.
My experience was really bad. I visited this branch two days back. They don't have sense how to talk. There was a team member named JAYA. She was very aggressive and rude. I ordered crispy chicken sandwich, 2 coffees and one donet. In very beginning she refused by saying chicken was sold out. In just one minute she changed. After that i asked for double cup she gone aggressive and yelling at me that she is not going to give me any double cup. I asked her that she can charge me coz every time i take double cup with my coffee. when i asked for tray she just throw it on the front desk.There is way how to talk and deal with a customer. It was extremely disrespectful. I didn't find this kind of customer service all around GTA.
Definitely not the best Tim’s. Full of beggars. Some guy ordered a 4 by 4 once which was jokes. I only Gretzky’s.
