I usually give this location a pass for it's bad customer experience because they're dealing with the madness that is Toronto Eaton centre, but when there's barely a line and you still choose to have know idea what customer service means, that's a choice you've made and not a good one.
This Tim Hortons inside the eaton center food court, The mobile order is super slow I don’t know the lady how she work, line up faster than mobile order, The lady finished the orders and she don’t pass to us make me wait there for 15 minutes for just 2 coffee!!!
Honestly, mobile orders are supposed to be faster, that's the whole point of ordering ahead. And yet I have to wait longer than standing in line. Very useless tool. I waste half my lunch break just waiting for mobile order.Orders are always wrong. Or missing.. Just very dissatisfied and disappointed.
I think people are being too harsh when rating them. These people are some of the most hard working people I have ever met. Every time I go it is insanely busy and they are doing their best to serve everyone in a timely manner.If you go at a busy time, do a mobile order or expect to wait a bit. I had a terrible experience just now. I told them I had a rewards for timbits and they still charged me even tho it was a reward for free timbits from my points. My points were not taken but I was still charged for them.
Needs to expand their place and have more counters as there is always a long queue and takes a long time.
Asked for oat milk in my tea as they now have it on the menu.. the person who took my order explicitly said they would use oat and not regular or almond then made it.Guess what was in it? Almond milk. I'm allergic so thanks for giving me an allergy attack. It was a short guy with curly hair. Never going here again.
Out of chicken. Out of potato at 7:30pm when open hours are until 11pm.
Staff is super rude, they always yell at customers and take super long time prepping orders, there is specially a short haired lady that is always telling and it’s honestly super uncomfortable and rude. Will not be coming back.
