The food here is fine, but the franchisee consistently understaffs. I do not appreciate having to talk repeatedly to try to get the attention of harried staff. The workers deserve more support.

The service is quick and I haven't had any problems except one of the staff. A dark skinned asian girl working at the front has been very rude everytime I pick up my mobile order and seemed to have a preference for customers that she would greet or not.

If you're going to be a part of the skipthe dish, family and network be available when you are showing open online cuz if it happens again I will be sure to do what I can to have your restaurant removed from using their services. This is the sixth time in the last 4 months where I put orders in it states you're open. It's 6:15 in the morning and nobody's there doing anything and then one person picks up. The phone speaks no English and hangs up. You're a joke

Never has a functioning washroom, I have been going there consistently for 5 months now, never was able to use it due to it being out if order. This is especially inconvenient in winter seasons when you have to walk for minutes in the cold to get to the nearest washroom. I hope management finally recognizes this inconvenience and does something about it.

Do not ever go to this location. The staff is useless and incredibly rude. When I ordered a bagel and cream cheese I got a bagel toasted with no cream cheese. When I speak up about something I paid for I get told to no longer come to this location if I have a problem. This location is a disgrace to Tim's Tim's Canadian culture. Waiting 10 mins for dry bread and a cold coffee. I will never be going to this location and I hope you fire all your useless staff that was working today as I witnessed them making multiple orders.

Professional and courteous staff at this café. They were attentive is customizing and preparing my order.

I ordered through the app for the convenience of mobile order. Not only was my order not ready, I was ignored by the staff as I stood at the mobile pick up line. I wanted to be polite and stood there for a couple minutes to give the staff time to finish what they were doing and to service my mobile order. A couple of them made eye contact with me but did not bother to service me or even say anything to me. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I went to the cashier to ask them about my mobile pick up. The lady was very rude and told me to go back to the mobile pick up line. (There was no other customers in line). This was around 3pm. It's only at that point someone decided to deal with my order. could understand being ignored if they had a rush of customers, but it was just me and I could not understand why I was ignored for. Avoid this location, I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I’m a vegetarian and I ordered egg and cheese farmer’s breakfast sandwich on my mobile app from this location. The tims next to my place always gets it right so I didn’t check when I picked up my order from this location.When I got home I saw sausage in my sandwich and it’s in contact with egg and cheese and the hash brown - I can’t eat any of them now. Can you make sure you double check your order details next time?!!
